Kolaches are always burned and hard the lady was super rude when I confronted her about my order she got real offended until I showed her the hockey puck kolaches she sold me.

The older lady with the grey hair was very rude. When I walked in she didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked are the donuts hot. She replied a little warm. So I begin to check out and I thought the Apple Pay wasn’t working. I informed the lady and she state answer the tip question. I did and gave a tip. Then she replied people don’t like to read any more. I purchased the donuts and they were very cold. I guess she doesn’t know the difference between warm and cold.

Stopped by to order a 1/2 dozen mixed donuts and 3 kolaches 2 regular and 1 jalapeno. We get home and we only got 2 regular Kolaches. And the lady who took my order was rude and as I'm trying to order what I want on the 1/2 dozen while I'm giving her my order she acts like she wants me to rush through my order. Excuse me but I do have an option to speak and tell you what I want if it's filled. The need to get more people working there that speak english and understand how to take orders. So now I call to tell someone there about there mistake and no one answers my call it goes to someone's voicemail. I don't have time to go back. They are ripping you off. The last time I went I ordered 1regular Kolache for my daughter before taking her to work and they gave her a Jalapeno Kolache. Bad business.

I give the stars solely on the attitude of the guy at the drive-thru window. He has great verbal enthusiasm. I don't know if this is a family-run location or what, and not that it truly matters, except this group lacks motivation in the spirit of Shipley's Donuts. This morning, when they opened, they didn't have a selection at all. We had to come back. By the time it was all said and done, they still could not accommodate our 1 dozen donut order and what was there was not all that we ordered, but we just went with it. It's Sunday, after all. Next up was the jalapeño, cheddar and sausage kolaches... they were good but not even put together correctly. I like my cheddar and jalapeños spaced out, not every but bunched into one end... with esophageal problems, it caused pain that I just did not appreciate. Since this location opened, sadly, I cannot say even once have they done an excetional job on any of our orders. I think it's time to return our business to the next closest Shipley's. Sorry guys... do a better job at donuts and I'll give a better review. I'd prefer it.

The staff is usually grumpy, but I make a point to tip anyways. Not today, we were waiting in line, my daughter and I, and the person in front of us got done so we walked up to the empty register. We were told the lady on the other register would take care of us, no problem. Apparently that was a big problem because the two ladies started arguing back in forth with one another and point at us. I have no clue what they said, because they were yelling in a different language, but what made it really bad was the pointing at us like we did something wrong. They were so caught up in arguing that they missed one of my donuts. I left, no tip, and with my 4yr old confused and crying. This might be my last visit.
