When ever I come to do my laundry, I have to come and get me my do-nuts, and Brigitte Teran is so courteous and polite. She always greets us with kind welcome and a sweet smile. This place is the best, because it has the best workers.

I was so excited to have Shipley's, my favorite donut shop, since I moved to Washington State (we don't have Shipley's)! What a terrible disappointment. What I got was a burnt tasting, dry cinnamon roll (I trashed it) with tiny dry cake donuts (they never have looked like this so yes, they were super tiny). Hopefully it was just this location 😕.

We ordered a very large order of Donuts, Donut Holes and Kolaches and 20 boxes of coffee for our large school Easter egg hunt. Everything we ordered was made fresh and still hot when we picked it up which let me know just because my order was large and did not stop them from baking everything the day of. I greatly appreciate the manager and owner for their generosity towards Smith Elementary with our order. Thank you so much for your support.

In this place I don't know what the Latin women think and I put it in Spanish because they speak horrible English and give horrible customer service. If you don't want to work and want to be rude to people, hire new staff. I always go in the morning for donuts but they have been giving me bad service several times, absolutely everyone, even the adult ladies, needs to change the people in this place now, the woman who was a cashier today told me that I couldn't come in with my dog ​​that I had in my arms and I just wanted a donut. It took 5 minutes, terrible place and terrible customer service. I'm going to tell everyone in spring not to go to these donuts, they give bad service. It seems like they are giving the donuts to people when they even charge you more. They don't know how to use a cash register. What a shame.

The service has gone down tremendously. The Quality of food is horrible. Kolaches are half cooked and not even half filled. You all need to go to the Shepherd location and retrain.
Gross. I am native Houstonian and grew up on Shirley's morning sweets and savories. But this location fails each time, going to start going to the mom and pop spots.

I ordered a delivery through their website only 2 kolaches and 1/2 dozen donuts. Totaling about $25. My items were delivered to the wrong place. I called the second I got the message that my items were delivered to tell them it was delivered to the wrong place. I also called and texted the drivers number I was given but i got no response. Called their corporate office to request a refund multiple times. I was able to speak with someone twice in 3 weeks who said someone will get bk with me. Before I knew I received a coupon for 2 free donuts so I called again to request my refund, she told me it was already corrected and they sent me a coupon. I told her that's why I was calling cuz 2 donuts is nothing close to the over $20 I spent. It's almost 2 months now since I called the last 2 times. The first I was left on hold twice for over 15 minutes each. The second I was placed on hold when someone picked up, they hung up on me intentionally right after I told her why I was calling. (My refund). I called this place directly also, but experienced a huge language barrier. Shipley's, I'm still waiting for my refund or coupons for the complete amount I spent not 2 donuts. What in the world?

The workers are nice but the donuts are never hot and fresh. And I have come at different times. Also, they charged me for a dozen of glaze donuts but only gave me 6.

I recently went to this location and my experience was disappointing. I had a coupon for two free donuts, which I received for participating in a radio survey. I went in and showed the lady I had a coupon. Her response was "no". I could tell she did not speak English. I kept trying to show the coupon and all she could say is "no". She asked if I spoke Spanish, which I don't. I asked if there was anyone who spoke
English. There wasn't anyone else to help me. All I could do is walk out without my donuts or anything else I might have purchased. I couldn't believe Shipley would have someone who doesn't speak English. Atleast have some who is bilingual. I will not be returning to this location, since there is no one there that can communicate with me. I'm so disappointed. Shipley please do better for all of your customers.
