Very bad. We came at dinner time on a Wednesday, they had 1 other table seated while we were there, with seemingly 4-5 wait staff. Our waiter kept forgetting everything we asked for. He was not reachable at all unless he was bringing by some food. We had to get up and ask for them to turn up the heat because it was set to the lowest setting, for cooking chicken.. The manager hovered over us while we cooked our food saying our food was burnt and we said we liked it that way (a member of our party loves burnt food) and she still hovered around. It’s not like we were going to ask for replacement? Crazy experience. We still left a tip but geez be prepared. They also mix everyone’s meat together, so if you and two other people at your table order chicken, be prepared for it to be on the same plate so you can’t differentiate who’s is who’s.

Staff ignores you if you try to flag them down while they chat away in the corner. The food portions are stingy for the price you pay and lack of service. Funny how cooked sushi comes out faster than raw meat.

Well, it was good. But some mishap with shrimp made my wife sick. And an accident with hot oil off the grill burnt my son. So ..... But the gentleman cooking did a good job and was very apologetic for hurting my son.

Shogun provides a delightful culinary journey with its enticing fusion of flavors. The menu boasts a delectable array of dishes, and the standout for me was the perfectly seasoned chicken – a true highlight. The infusion of spices adds a tantalizing twist to each bite, making it a memorable dining experience. The drink selection at Shogun is equally impressive, offering a variety that complements the diverse menu. As a tourist, I appreciated the well-crafted options, enhancing my overall enjoyment of the meal. The restaurant's spacious setting is ideal for large gatherings, but the high demand, especially on weekends, underscores the need to make reservations in advance. The ambiance is both soothing and romantic, creating an inviting atmosphere. It's no surprise that many patrons choose Shogun to celebrate special occasions, observed during my visit as families and friends gathered to mark memorable moments. The sheer size of the restaurant provides a unique experience, catering to both children and adults. It's a place where families can come together, and adults can relish the novelty of their first visit. Shogun is undoubtedly a culinary gem, offering not just exceptional food but also an atmosphere that lingers in the memory, making it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

Today, I ventured to this supposedly romantic restaurant for a Valentine's Day dinner, only to be greeted with an immediate letdown. Upon arrival, the server lazily instructed us to just find any vacant table, as if we were an afterthought in their bustling establishment. The lack of proper seating arrangements was the first warning sign of what was to come. Once we managed to seat ourselves, we were graced with the presence of our server who sluggishly took our drink orders. While the drinks themselves were passable, the same couldn't be said for the agonizingly slow pace of the food service. Despite placing our orders promptly, it felt like an eternity before anything arrived at our table. To add insult to injury, my companion received their sushi order while I sat there twiddling my thumbs for a good 40 to 50 minutes. The server, oblivious to the ordeal, even had the audacity to inquire if we wanted the salad and soup that supposedly came with our meal - a meal that had yet to grace our table. Needless to say, my anticipation for a delightful culinary experience was swiftly replaced with bitter disappointment. The utter lack of attentiveness and care from the staff ensured that any enjoyment was off the menu. It's safe to say that I won't be subjecting myself to such neglectful service again.

We have frequented a few different of these locations, and this one is pretty good! I felt like the chicken tepanyaki could have been seasoned a little more, but the sushi was great, and the atmosphere was fun and entertaining. I highly recommend it if you're looking for Hibachi!
