First and last time ordering here. I had to cancel my order, my order was for pick up, I got there and asked them for my order, they said it would be ready and 10 min. I waited and after the 10 min I asked him again, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. All I asked was How long until my order was ready? And for an estimated time? He was raising his voice at me, saying that he didn’t know, that he had more order and that it I wanted. I could asked my order. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. This was today. So sad. There was no reason for him to answer like that.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but my experience with Sicily Pizza has been absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been ordering them for months now. The food is amazing and I cannot get enough of it. I only ever get delivery and the delivery person who delivers my food is super kind and sweet and always very polite! ☺️☺️☺️

First time ordering. I appreciate having several meatless options so I went with the Spinach & Garlic. I ordered the Meat Amore for the family. My favorite of the order is the Pizza Roll which I customized with black olives, spinach, and feta.

I'm observing and righting this review on my Sister's behalf. She's been a customer since the Spring, Tx. Opening and suggested , because she stated It's always wonderful pizza.
( My sister) She placed an order and was told by the C.S.R. that next time we call to have the order ready because we took to long. Is this the Customer Service that a Pizza company delivers to a customer whose been loyal to them since opening day in Spring TX?
Notes: First call after being put on hold, was disconnected from there end after 1 minute. Second call placed on hold for 45 Seconds and then the call was a total of 10 minutes, including asking for specials, due to their flyers dateless but expired coupons and then ordering products not in s tock, ( Chocolate Chip Cookie & Apple Pie &: asking members of family to choose alternative desserts.).
Now my Sister is afraid to call back to management regarding his blatant and very unprofessional customer service, because she doesn't want her Pizza's, Wings, and Desserts, handled inappropriately. After spending over $60.00.

I'm sorry, but I was thoroughly underwhelmed from my take out experience here. I normally don't write negative reviews but feel compelled to in this case.
I ordered pizza and wings. The "jumbo" wings were the smallest I've ever seen and tasted stale like they have been sitting out for several days or expired. The pizza also tasted very bland.
It's the first time I've ordered from this place and at first we doubted why it was an hour long wait for 3 large pizzas, a salad and a pasta... I'm so glad I decided to wait OMG!! Everything, EVERYTHING super delicious!!😋
Why would anyone send a customer a burned sandwich!?

Ain't no way this place is open. I ordered on Doordash and i kid you not, the cheese ravioli is the exact same that i order from Aldis. Frozen. Exact same shape and taste. Also, the cheesecake was nasty. It's hard to mess up cheesecake but they did. The cherries on top were from a can because it tasted metallic. So gross. Needs to be shut down.

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. Instead of lemon pepper wings I got naked no seasoning wings extra grease with lemon pepper in the grease. Instead of beef lasagna I got a tray of tomato sauce with cheese and a small square block of pasta with a little beef that was runny. Never again!
