The “could have been better”…I like my Indian food spiced, hot and bold, Sitar’s cooking maybe geared to the sissy American palette, the dominant spices of the Punjabi, Mughali, Hyderabad, Goan, Cochin/Kerla regions I’ve come to love and expect are toned down, possibly to meet the tasted of the locals.
