I have not been to this location for a couple of years but, today I was very pleased! Especially with Serenity who was working the front counter. She made me feel so welcomed, and I truly felt like I was just talking with a friend! Super sweet and knowledgeable of the establishment!

Shout out to Ashanti who ALWAYS give great, kind service with a smile. She is patient and helpful when I am indecisive. ALl of the staff at the Louetta location provide k8nd and exceptional service.

Parking: I never have an issue accessing parking in this lot.

Kid-friendliness: It's cupcakes and ice cream!!! What could be more kid friendly.?

Me and my husband ordered through Uber eats and this is the second time we’ve ordered. We haven’t received it yet! Butttt the first time was so amazing I forgot to write one! My husband got a tres leches and I a red velvet and we shared a wedding cake one .. so good!!! Kinda far from us but worth the wait!!! Thank you for making great cupcakes!!
