Came and got a açaí bowl , a caramel apple smoothie and some ice cream and everything was super fresh and phenomenal! Got all 3 treats for 22 dollars ! Def will be back for the açaí bowl and great service

I’ve been getting my smoothies here for the last 4 years but I stopped coming because the customer service and smithies had become terrible. I was sad because the pb&j was my favorite and no other place makes it this good!
Recently went back and was greeted with a huge smile and wonderful customer service. She even remembered me and the smoothie I liked! & she made the smoothie as if she was making it for herself! So gooooood!!!! Her name is Bre and I would have to say that this 1 employee gained my business back! Give this girl a raise lol she’s carrying this business and keeping it from closing down!

I pulled up at 10:30, and the outside sign said open. I grabbed the door, yet it was not. Someone from the back waved at me, signaling the store was closed. Check Google, and the hours of operation shown as open at 10:00 am today. It's such an inconvenience. This place has a reputation for poor customer service.

Smoothie was ok. Customer service is lifeless here. Hire some people that actually greet the customers! Smoothie are too damn expensive too! 10 bucks for a medium?? Just go across the street to smoothie king for a better deal and smoothie! No wonder this place is dead when you walk in! Lower your prices, play some music, hire more friendly people! You're about to go out of business guaranteed!

I ordered and was charged 20.506 stated that the computer timed outShe requested i pay again. So, I did. She shared that if I was double charged, I would receive my money back. I returned the next day. I showed the same worker that I had charges pending for two separate transactions at Smoothie Factory. She telephones the manager and requested I return when the transactions showed paid. Alright, three days later, I returned, and the manager wanted me telephone number to call me. I just want my money back. This establishment does not take cash, therefore, I do not understand the delayBuyers beware.

First time visiting. I went for the açaí bowl. I walked in an no was at the register. A young female walked out with an attitude. First time ever experiencing this kind of behavior. No greetings. After I made my order she walked away. She never told me to pay how much it was or anything. She walked to the back and came back saying it was ready. She didn’t even give me the receipt. Not the service I was expecting. First and last time I will visit.

I love coming here, I always get good vibes and energy. But I issue is that I’ve been tipping these hard working employees and for some reason they are getting their tips , or hell even a percentage. And that’s not right.
