I love coming here, I always get good vibes and energy. But I issue is that I’ve been tipping these hard working employees and for some reason they are getting their tips , or hell even a percentage. And that’s not right.

I was excited to try this smoothie spot at lunch time. but when I arrived the store was closed?? It was 12:15pm. It stated it was open online and the light up sign on the door was even flashing "open". But the lights were off and door locked. I checked the door to see if they had put a sign that they were on break or when they'd reopen but there was nothing.

i'm writing a 5 star review because the customer service was great. The girl opened the store at 8:45am on a Monday, for me because I was unaware that they opened at 9am. the food looks good and she was quick.

the customer service here is absolutely horrifying. you don't get a word out of these people, they don't greet you at all & they move slower than a turtle. lugging around dragging her feet like she hates her life & everybody. you will be waiting about 20-30 minutes for your bowl/smoothie to be made. something is wrong with these employees. it's strange how you won't even get a hello back. very odd, i won't be returning

awful customer service. i walked in and said hello and the girl didn't even look at me i had to say hello again. then i said that i wanted got tropical açaí bowl and she didn't say anything just walked away. she then brought it back and just sat it on the counter and said "here"

I'm in love with the pb & j smoothie, i visit about 4-5 times a month and have always had great customerService. Also the ginger berry greens smoothie is my go to when my stomach is bloated or just not feeling to good. Its a great detox!

I would not recommend this place.Walked up and the clerk was sitting outside with a guy talking. Neither of the two were welcoming. The girl appeared bothered to have a customer. I ordered my drinks. Two small bottles totaled around $18.00. The place wasn't tighty like other places. I should have just walked away. The two drinks were not worth the price. Based on all the reviews, management should make some changes, in my opinion.
