Everytime I come here they have the doors locked , & when I order a açaí bowl they never have the ingredients. It’s always 3-4 people waiting outside. This is ridiculous

Went to smoothie factory for a quick drink because I needed a pick me up. The crew was very helpful and even offered to put an energy boost in the drink for me. I will truly come back.

Pretty good smoothies. And you get good protein more than 1 scoop if needed, no extra charge. Always a plus.Also very clean as well.Even tho i like smoothie king.(Green tea tango with strawberry ?)You should try it.

I rarely leave reviews but this is vital to the business , the lady that works there is horrible in customer service seemingly lazy and definitely not efficient in taking care of customers in a timely manner ! Pls fix this for the sake of your business I will try again in a few weeks

Its inside a nutrition depot store. Service is ok, selection is always changing.. they seem to run out of things and then just stop restocking them. It's a shame, as there is a new Smoothie King being built down the road...

The only reason I gave this location a star is because you have to for a review. I think this location only caters to a certain race and men. I walked into this location today and was completely ignored. However, when a Caucasian male walked in, he was immediately recognized and greeted. I stood there looking at the menu witnessing all of this until I finally asked, “ Does this location only cater to men?†The employee behind the counter sarcastically responds, “I am waiting for you.†No regard at all for my feelings or presence as a customer of equal rights and stature. This location seems to be in the racial profiling business. I would do business elsewhere if you are not white or a male and the way you are treated as a customer is important to you.
