Horrible customer service, speed, and accuracy of smoothie. I asked for a 32 oz gladiator smoothie and it was served in a 40 oz cup. The smoothie was mostly ice, flavorless, and it appears the wrong measurements were used. I go to other smoothie king locations every time and have no problems. Instead of remaking the order they just added a bunch of water to the smoothie I returned and handed it back to me. It was awful. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t process refunds. This store needs attention.

unsure of why this store has some bad ratings as of late. The last couple months, the staff has been wonderful, especially the morning and day staff. They are friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and seem to like their jobs. always giving recommendations, I rarely have to wait more than a few mins unless they are super busy then that's understandable. Savana is so friendly she makes me want to come back just to talk to her. Sarah put me on to the vegan protein. and just once go in and watch the girls work they are hilarious will make your day. so I'm unsure if these recent reviews are mistaking the store for another location I've even spoke to a few other people that go to the store and they love the staff and they love the store now I will admit a few months back the store is pretty bad, but it's been rested and under a new manager and it's wonderful it is fast food they do get busy even if there's nobody in their drive-through, they could have a ton of mobile orders so if I have to wait a couple minutes every once in a while that's totally fine that just means I get to speak to my friends at Smoothie King a little longer.

If you’re in the mood for a half filled cup of blended tap water deliciousness, spend your money here! You get a side of horrific customer service and that’s not all you get to clean your own cup off. Then go home to throw it all away!

this smoothie king is so terribly slow and rude! it takes forever to get one thing and the workers literally sigh when taking your order?? this is the worst smoothie king ive ever been to. just go to a different smoothie king because judging from the reviews im not the only one with the experience...

Horrible service. This location TAKES FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!! I order on line and come inside to pick up my order and he hasn't even started on them yet. they are partially blended and taste different than all the other locations. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

This is the slowest smoothie king in Houston and the surrounding area. Please staff more people or better quality people. I frequent smoothie kings all over the city and I cringe when I have to come here to the champions forest location because I know it's going to take forever...hate the experience, love the taste!

They messed up my whole order literally I ordered a açaí pita smoothie bowl with blueberries and banana chips and when the delivery guy showed up the blueberry's was not in the bowl the bowl itself was just ice cubes in the smoothie not even crushed and there was no banana chips and there was literally one guy working in the store horrible management

Ordered smoothie bowl and kid smoothie. $16 both completely watery . In addition they said they didn't have lids for the smoothie bowls. That should've been my clue to go somewhere else. Avoid unless you want to waste your money

This smoothie king is the worst, they don’t open the doors when opening time. They take forever to do your orders- even if I placed way ahead of time. I still find myself waiting. Literally hate this smoothie king. Horrible customer service
