I came in yesterday morning, cause I was craving a smoothie or when I got there. I noticed the door was still locked. I was a little frustrated because I was late to work as well. This morning, I decided to go back up there to see if I can get a refund or talk to a manager. The person that was working this morning was such an apologetic, amazing sweet person she offered to Help me in any way she can. I was able to get the smoothie I was craving and she also gave me a coupon. Amazing work staff!!! Thank you Alicia

How many people actually work here? Every time I come in I only ever see the same two people and they almost always have a line waiting. The smoothie ends up good every time but the wait is way too long, they need more people here.

I am not sure if Alicia is the only worker there but everytime I come in she always has the biggest smile on her face, she always knows my order and it makes my day when I see her. You can tell she is very drained but she will remain calm and make sure her orders are always correct and if I don’t like my smoothie she will fix it with no problem, I never see her with an attitude. Other employees could definitely get some tips from her, they’re mostly rude, so I only go in when she is present. She was very nice to let me know the days she works. She NEEDS a raise. She holds this store down. LIKE A BOSS THAT SHE IS!!!!!! Management do better!!!

Came today Friday June 20th 2025, at 5:00pm left at 5:09pm. the employee was rolling her eyes, she had an attitude, there was no one in line besides me and my party, she kept throwing the blenders and giving us attitude for ordering? Like at one point she made a sound bc we were taking our time to order but there was no one! She was just so rude super super rude

I get dragged to smoothie king everyday cause my mom thinks it's healthy. I always get a chocolate gladiator with strawberries and banana. These fools have a problem with not labeling ANYTHING. So I just had a nasty strawberry thing cause they didn't label them again. Then we ask the worker who literally just stared at us *useless* . It still didn't taste that good tho. 👎
