I ordered a veggie superfood smoothie and was given a nut nuttier smoothie. I waited at the drive thru window for 2 minutes before my order was taken. I sat at the window for another 9 minutes before anyone came to the window. I was so distraught that I didn’t pay attention to the color of my smoothie until I got home to notice it was brown instead of green🫣. I called to advise that I was given the wrong order but no one answered and by the way I was the only one in line. This was the worst service I’ve ever had from smoothie king😩🙃

Price and expectation of tipping is simply too high. I was charged 3.50 for a tip when going through the drive through without even selecting it. Not going back.

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes for two 20oz smoothies and they were practically flavorless. Very frustrating! This place is being run by teenagers that are goofing around and don’t care how long customers wait. Won’t be coming back to here again.

My husband and I recently discovered Smoothie King a few months ago and have been coming ever since. The morning crew is phenomenal. Gina and Ashley are a great team, always pleasant, quick, and friendly. They go above and beyond, bringing our order out the back when the drive though is to long. They know my husband's order and have made great suggestions for me. We enjoy coming here.

OMG!!! I just had the BEST PB Swizzle of my life!!! It was pure peanut butter perfection—creamy, dreamy, and just the right amount of swirl. 🙌

Let me tell you, I’ve paid extra before and got a stingy little drizzle… and a side of attitude. But TODAY? Total game-changer! The staff was amazing—super friendly, fast, and full of good vibes. And the cherry on top? My bag came with the sweetest handwritten note from Gina, Ash & China! 💕 Talk about making someone’s day!

One of the girls working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Gentleman taking our order got one of the smoothies wrong, so he stopped her as she was making the smoothie. This girl slammed down the blender on the counter and looked at him with this “really?” look in front of us.

I love smoothie king, but this location is the worst. It takes at least 20 min for them to fill a mobile order. The drive thru is also extremely slow. I frequent many different locations- Kuykendhal, New Caney, and Humble (1960). The employees at these other locations are always hustling and typically have mobile orders out in 5 min. The employees at the Rayford location simply do not care about customer service. They have also made my smoothie incorrectly many times (missing ingredients). Sadly, I will have to stop supporting this location until management can get it together.
