Just pulled over in the parking lot to write this as I'm leaving with my order.
I wasn't impressed with the customer service at all. When I ordered she answered back "Is that it?" I said, no, I'd like to add peanut butter. "That it?" She replied again. I said well.. I saw your advertisement for free enhancer, can I include that? "Huh?" She replied. I explained what I'd saw to her and she said.. "Oh, I guess if you got the app or whatever". I stated I do. I thought I had applied my $6 Rewards to the app, toward my purchase. Well, I know I did, but I don't know why it didn't seem to apply here. She asked if I'd like a receipt, and I said I would. I kindly said.. "Oh, it doesn't look like it applied my $6 Rewards". She said.. "Oh, well I just scanned it, so.. have a nice night".
Well.... ok then. She did not seem interested in being helpful or considering customer service at all. I just wasn't impressed at all.
I think there's a lot of room for improvement with customer service at this store.

Man do I appreciate the staff here very much a family like vibe!! I'm normally in a rush to work, but they're always super friendly when I walk in and my order is usually done before I know it even during peak hours!!! If I do have a little wait the other customers are easy to talk with as well!
