I have been sitting in line for over 20 minutes waiting for three smoothies. Happens every time. The only way to eat from here is to preorder at least 30 min in a row and pickup if you don’t want to leave in a bad mood.

This Smoothie King is a hit or miss. I keep going because it is the closest location to my house. Last time I went, my smoothie was awful. It tasted like ingredients were missing, and the consistency was way off. I couldn't even finish it, it tasted so bad. I find that early in the morning is the time to come as the smoothies taste better. Will definitely start tasting my smoothies before leaving and getting them to remake it.

Saddest smoothie bowl ever…my bowl was maybe 2/3 full and had very little fruit or granola. For full price, I would like a full bowl!

I absolutely love Smoothie King! I have my Mango Ginger Smoothie at least 4-5 times a week! I’ve been to quite a few different locations & they have all offered great customer service….until today! Ivo at this Rayford store was rude & disgruntled! Not sure why he was so miserable today, but he truly needs to check that negativity at the door & realize that smoothies should be made with love & served with a smile! ?

Ivo is the nastiest person I have EVER CAME ACROSS at a Smoothie King. I would never buy anything from this Smoothie King as long as he is at this location. He is rude, dismissive, and flat out nasty. I asked a simple question and he got mad. Stay away from this location because they do not know how to treat their customers, so order at your OWN RISK.

Showed up at 9:30 P.M. Open sign was lit, and hours say they close at 10 P.M. However, the door was locked, and the girl inside gave me a dirty look as if to say, "Go away."

Went through the drive-thru and everyone was so friendly and made our order correctly and very quick. It was my first time having an açai bowl after wanting to try one for a long time, and it surpassed my expectations! I will definitely be back for another one in the near future.They noticed our dog in the backseat and kindly offered us a pup cup which we didn't know they did there, so we all left very happy!

Customer service was great but not enough toppings on my smoothie bowl and I paid for extra. Better off going to the one on sawdust or across the mall to get your money’s worth since the bowls are pretty expensive. I’ve been to both and they fill you up!

The store is roomy and comfortable to be in. Everything felt and looked clean and it was well-staffed. That said, when asking the clerk questions about the options that she gave us, she not only could not answer them but visibly was bothered that I even asked.
