Absolutely pathetic service. I was there on Friday. They took forever to take my order. 34 minutes after ordering I still didn’t have my smoothie. This is after they asked me for my order 2 more times. The girl was walking around like a zombie and the guy was actually working but seemed overwhelmed. She had my smoothie in her hand and didn’t even know it was mine. I asked her if it was the angel food and she had no idea what she was serving and she tried giving it to somebody else. They also took forever to give me a refund because I don’t know how to use the machine. Never coming here again I’ll drive down the street to the one on 2920.

I’ve come to this location for some years now. This new crew (for the mornings) is terrible. I’ve come first thing in the morning when the business should be open, and they had headphones in with the doors locked. No matter how clean (at times) the place may be, or how well the product is; the “atmosphere” is severely compromised dealing with individuals who act like is an inconvenience to them to do their jobs. Check your cameras on how your customers are greeted. Not one smile, or “welcome in” etc. There used to be an older guy, and a younger gentleman that worked the mornings. They were great. If the owner is able to see this… action is definitely needed. In all seriousness, robots would likely be a better solution. The last thing you’d want is lose revenue, when everything else about this place is pretty on point. Feels like I’m being glared at the entire time.

I tried to get an attention for a fair amount of 20 minutes because something could’ve happened but nobody.

Good substitute for food. A real meal replacement. Love their protein powder taste♥️ I love the fact they use real fruits and nothing preservatives. A great medium drink gets me full for $9 I feel healthy and happy 😃 anyone who is on diet and is trying to lose weight. Give smoothie king a try. Employees are good kids. They have been trained well by the new owner. 👏 great job.
