I drove 10 minutes down the road because the otter location was closed when they said they opened at 7am. So I came here to this one. The customer service was horrible, the guy sounded like he hated his job, it’s like this location hires hateful people who can’t even say you are welcome or answer questions that I have. The guy working is named Connor, he has no customer service etiquette and he needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers. I hope this finds management well but if it doesn’t then management is the problem.

I placed a pick up order over 10 days ago and when I arrived they told me that they didn’t have the acai bowls bc they just reopened after the storm but that they can still make the smoothie (it was for two smoothie bowls and a smoothie). Okay no problem. Then she said “but we can’t offer you a partial refund so you’ll have to pay AGAIN for the smoothie.” I thought that was kind of ridiculous but still said okay and paid. I then asked when if and when I was going to get a refund and she said yes but not sure when the manager is going to come in and when she does it’s goes to take up to 7 business days. So that day I paid over $45 for a large smoothie. Jokingly I’m like okay are y’all going to remember or am I going to have to keep reminding yall? Thinking certainly a business wouldn’t conduct themselves that way. She assured me no. I call the next day and the girl lies and says “I think I saw it was refunded but it would take a few days” I said okay can you double check and she said she would with her manager and have her get back to me. In good faith I assumed a business wouldn’t bs about a giving a refund on items I didn’t receive but I was wrong. I check 10 days later and saw I was never issued a refund. I called today to speak to manager again and of course she’s not there. I leave a message AGAIN with the staff and still no call back. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my time and money. I should have just disputed with my bank since they are clearly incompetent on basic customer service. Tried to send an email to the email they provide for feedback to negative reviews and it says invalid. What a joke. Also I checked on the app and they claim it was “picked up” rather than them canceling the order like they did.
