really need to fix the ice cream situation, i’ve been the past 4-5 times to get a hulk and yall are out of ice cream, EVERY single time, fix it, careless.

Shelby deserves some major props!! I came in for a Smoothie Bowl and she was working alone. I could tell she was a little frazzled but she kept a smile on her face regardless. Usually theres atleast 2 people in here working, ESPECIALLY on a Friday evening. But working solo she had a line of cars in the drive thru while I was inside and was handling it like a champ!!

Every other time I go there, this location is “out of peanut butter”. This is the only location that has this problem. This has happened several times over the last several months. Might want to order the right amount of PB. Every other location seems to know how to do it.

Kennedi made my experience here even more delightful than it has been before. I was trying to use the app and was confused because it wasn’t registering my points, or taking the coupon off, lol. She was very patient with me, took the time to help me and explain so I knew how to use it going forward. Besides the smoothies she was very sweet and professional which I appreciated! Worker gives the impression he hates his job. On several occasions my smoothie was not blended completely had large chucks of ice and dates. Wish I could say it was one time but it’s been on several occasions.

I pull up to Smoothie King with it's "Open" sign on at 8:50PM. I see they don't close until 9. I see an employee look at me as they drive away, I'm not thinking it's the only employee (I think it was now). When I walk up to the door it's locked shut. No smoothie for me... I work in food service, and I understand the desire to shut things down early, but that just did me so dirty. This was 09/28/2023.Update: while writing this review I noticed the open sign shut off at 8:58, and 2 female employee still inside. The hours are wrong. It seems like they don't want to serve until 9, they are completely closed by 9. I don't understand why the door was locked and the employees were nowhere to be seen earlier.

The first time I went to this location, I notice the lack of customer service. Connor stand at the register and doesn't say anything whatsoever. No "welcome to Smoothie King or how can I help you!" He just stand at the register like a CPU, should just put a computer up that we put our own orders in at least we wouldn't expect customer service. Today I brought my kids in to get 2 smoothie bowls. The bowls are liquid and half full. When I went back in to get the receipt the girl that says she's the shift manager is rude as well....She states they are having a problem blending because of something they just took out of the freezer, as if that's my problem. Also where's the fruit that goes on top. If there's a problem blending why is it not frozen and a liquid, seems like it may have been over blended. I don't recommend this location and I won't be back

Came to get a smoothie 10 minutes before closing and was refused because they claimed they were busy with one person in the drive through and 2 people in the store. If you don’t feel like working your job perhaps find one more suitable
