I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit. Today’s experience was very disappointing and not up to the usual standard at this location. My husband and I waited in line for an unusually long time, and the employee taking orders over the speaker was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This location is typically great, but today’s service was unacceptable. I encourage you to ensure that all employees are properly trained in customer service and professionalism so that future visits reflect the high standards your customers expect.

3rd time in at this location. (Sorry for the spelling!!) Riniah was fabulous. I had a lot of out of the norm questions and she was very patient with me. My app also wasn't allowing me to apply my coupon and the location pulled through for me ❤️ Thank y'all!

It took over 20 min to get a smoothie. The flavor was bad not what it normally is. The employee making the smoothie had bandages on her finger wasn't wearing any gloves her cloths was dirty. The employee was apologetic for how long they were taking.

Employee working the drive through window had a terrible attitude providing terrible customer service. She closed the drive through window on me while I was looking for my Smoothie King app. I gently tapped the window after waiting for 2 minutes to be helped which probably irritated her. She then comes back to the window (with a passive aggressive and sarcastic unprofessional attitude) asked if I was doing alright and instructions to never tap the drive through window ever again. I deal with customer service daily and that wasn't the approach to have towards a long time valued customer. Is this the type of service trained to represent the location? Bad news travels fast especially regarding blatant poor customer service. There are many other Smoothie Kings in the surrounding areas to support if this is this bad energy coming from employees at this location towards good regular customers such as myself.
