I placed an online order at 10:33 and when we arrive at 10:40 all the lights were off nobody was inside the kitchen then we saw two teenagers walking from Taco Bell then went to go sit on the tables and waited until it was 11 o’clock to leave Place. My order didn’t receive any items but yet my card got charged horrible experience.

Super bummed about my strawberry limeade drink. I tasted it and it had watermelon in it but it also triggered my intolerance. I called over a server and let her know there was watermelon in it bc I had a reaction. She brought me another drink but it also had traces of watermelon in it too. It seems like either someone playing a cruel joke at the customer’s expense or lots of their flavors are contaminated (as I’m reading other reviews.) At this point in our purchase we weren’t turning back around again bc clearly they didn’t care the first time I said I had a reaction to the flavor that wasn’t supposed to be in my drink. So disappointed.
I order two hamburgers and the total was 12 and some change and I paid with 20 dollar bill and the cashier give me only 2 dollars she still my change bad service plus she give the hamburger plain bad service

Make sure you very closely check your order here before pulling out. Also please note that they make some changes to their menu and don't tell their customers. Example of this is they no longer carry gravy... So any of the items that normally have this will simply not come with it and you will never know until you open your bag.
Also, this place is falling apart. Quite a few of the screens don't work, and if they do work as far as visually they don't with the touch. Kind of hard to tip with my card when the touch screen doesn't work.
The employees here are extremely friendly, it's just too bad that the owner and/or managers must not care too much about the customers.
