Everytime I go to this location something is wrong with my order. This time. My tater tots were more like tater rocks so much so my dog wouldn’t even eat that mess. I got a turtle shake and they literally just dropped a sprinkle of the toppings on the top of the ice cream and nothing mixed it. I’m just going to drive a little further to get better service and hopefully better food.

The Fritoes were stale. I was in the drive thur. Got my food and waited for a very long time to leave. The car in front of me had broken down, but no one bothered to inform me. I had to back out of the line. Get home and the Fritoes were stale. I called Sonic, they said I could come back. I told them I was home. I questioned them as to how they store their chips. I question as to how they stor the chips. They said they would open a new bag. The acted like was going to rob them off the $1.99 it cost. I have lived in the Spring area for 40 years and I am 70 years old. $1.99 IS NOT GOING TO BREAK ME, BUT BAD SERIVE WILL BREAK YOU.

Ask for condiments and I bet you won’t get them, you’ll have to ask again after they take payment. I’ll never go back simply because who thinks anyone wants moz sticks without marinara or peppers without ranch, or chili cheese tots without a fork or a bunch of finger foods without napkins? Obviously the top flight sonic employees decide. Food is trash considering how much it cost now. But drinks are the one thing you can count on here..

Was really disappointed in the cheese burger I got. It was smashed, small, and not appetizing, and I asked for a limeade with very little ice, but it was full of ice.

Employee got frustrated with us since our drivers window wouldn't open, and I had to open the car door to push the red button. She couldn't hear us, I guess, and came storming out to take our order. It was zero fun, and this is the 3rd time we've had issues. However, the But we will take the abuse so we can get our Route 44 drinks!

Not a good day at Sonic. Usually the service is speedy. Tonight, we waited at the front of the line for 20+ for a hotdog that never arrived. At 17 minutes we were told sorry for the wait, the food would be coming. After almost 10 minutes more, we left due to a hangry, impatient spouse.

Hey - leaving this review now on April 9, 2024 -- how the hell do you guys mess up half water and half lemonade?? This thing is sour as hell and there is no water at all ---- it isn't even lemonade, it's limeade. How the hell....how stupid do you have to be?
