Every time I come to this location after 9 pm they are only serving drinks. I wish I had the owner’s contact information or company name. I would love to share insights on how much money they are losing because the managers chose to shut down the restaurant and turn away customers. Please review your last hourly sales report or have someone mystery shop this location. Where is the District manager? Way too much money being lost here.

I would give them 0 for service. 5 minutes ( while the burger gets cold ) and managenent just makes excuses and then uses my flowery language in protesting such treatment as an excuse. Spend your money elsewhere...these guys don't care. Excuse making and blaming others for your own problems never works well.

I just HAVE to give a huge shoutout to Jay at Sonic because this man is a HERO in a headset! Twice now, my kids have come to this location and every single time, Jay has gone above and beyond. But today, on Thanksgiving of all days, he absolutely SAVED us.
My daughter was seconds away from a full Thanksgiving meltdown because she wanted a hotdog instead of turkey (😂 mom life), and Jay handled the situation with the kindest attitude, the biggest smile, and the most professional service ever. He did not just take our order, he rescued our holiday.
Jay is patient, attentive, fast, and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of customer service is rare these days. He turned what could have been a stressful moment into something sweet we will remember forever.
THANK YOU, JAY! For your kindness, your professionalism, and for making my kids feel happy and cared for every time they come through. Sonic is so lucky to have you, this location truly shines because of employees like you.

I’ve gone to this Sonic many times, and lately the experience has been terrible. I go specifically for the Blast, but every time I order one they make it like a sundae. They put plain vanilla ice cream in the cup and then just throw the toppings on top, even though a Blast is supposed to be mixed, exactly how they promote it. I don’t understand why they do that, especially when I’m paying eight dollars and even paying extra for turtle truffles and extra Reese’s (and they didn’t even add the extra I paid for; I paid for more and somehow got even less). It feels disrespectful to pay for something and not get what you ordered. The first time I let it go, but the second time it happened again and I had to drive back five or six minutes just so they could fix it. The girl who helped me gave me a bit of attitude, but she did correct it in the end. Still, it shouldn’t be happening at all. They need to train their new staff better, because it’s not fair that customers have to leave, get home, realize it’s wrong, and then drive back just to get it made the way Sonic actually advertises it. If I wanted a sundae with toppings on top, I’d go to Burger King. Here, I’m ordering a Blast because it’s supposed to be blended, not served completely wrong.

He is a beacon of light in the dark abysmal ocean that is customer service. He’s a pure model citizen in this god blessed, red white and blue country that men like Seth help build. The Person working the microphone on 8/14/2025 needs to be removed. Super rude while taking my order. A sweet lady pulled up next to me when I had just ordered. It was 9:55pm. She hit the button and he said “we are closed” when she asked what time they closed he rudely said “earlier”. He also told my they stopped selling food so I got a drink. As I was waiting they came out with a full tray of food and thought I ordered it??? Terrible service by the idiot taking the orders. Never been talked to rudely like this before.

This Place Is A Disgrace, Ive come 3x within 5 months, I Try to give chances just incase its a bad day but If You Ask For Certain Things And Your Paying For It, The Manager Has A Problem With Giving You That Amount, And I Order Lemon Berry Fresh Fruit Slush And get nothing but lemon slush with a drizzle of strawberry sauce and diced small pieces of strawberry on top. No Sir Thats Not How Its Made And Employee Says Thats How He Prefer It Done, Yea When Your Being Cheap And Trying to Stretch The Product Because You Dont Want To Buy. The Burger Was Slopped Together And Ends Were Too Hard to Bite, Fries Old And Service Was Horrible. This Location Is Horrible Never Again

Let me tell you. First of all, the food was amazing. It came out hot and fresh.
Second, my server was beyond words. I will be telling stories of him in the future. Personality of a golden retriever. He referred to me exclusively as “boss man” or “my guy”. Complimented my shirt, gave me sauces I didn’t even ask for (he just thought it would be a good fit for my meal). He even came back to check on my food, remembered what I had ordered, and told me how he likes to order it and what I should try next time. Absolute legend. Would invite him to my wedding if I wasn’t already married. Will be comparing every future food service worker to this man, and I already know I’m setting myself up for disappointment because who could compare?
TLDR: Would come to this Sonic just to experience the living wonder that was the man that brought out my food. Props to you boss man.

The worst wait time, ordered online and came to pick 2 burgers and 3 drinks, they took over 15 minutes to bring it out and it’s only because I had to push the button and ask for my order 2 times. Burgers were cold and slushies melted. Sucks
