I used to love this sonics location but I’m not sure what’s been going on recently. Around 2 months ago my sister and I came here and waited 40 minutes in our stall for a grilled cheese and a vanilla diet coke. At the 35 min mark my sister had walked out of the car and asked a worker if everything was okay because people who had come in after us had already gotten their food and left. The worker gave my sister attitude and handed us cold food. Today I decided I’m not going in anymore after my friend and I waited close to 50 minutes for the same order…we even hit the red button where the worker just said okay when we asked for our food. I ended up calling sonics customer service and I got a refund and left without my food. If you’re having a similar issue at this location make sure you call their customer service line or you can even text!! Ask for a refund and just go somewhere else and also ask if they can escalate the issue to upper management.

Came tonight to get food at 8:50 and the light were already turned off. Went to 3 different stalls till someone finally answered we also tried the drive though and sat there for 5 minutes with no response . They were also out of chili? Not sure how that happens but I feel it had something to do with not wanting people to show up the last hour and a half they were open. Place needs to be updated to most stalls are broken/ messed up and has very small stalls it’s hard to fit a truck in.

The last two times I’ve come I’ve been disappointed. I’ve asked for light ice and basically the whole cup is just ice. Seems rushed even though it was not busy.

I Order 3 Oreo blast with m&m only Oreo crumbs on top and some m&m paying extra and they never add the extra ask for some Oreo at the bottom, as always they forget,!!! Waited so long to not get what I ordered!!

Ordered through DoorDash and waited over an HOUR for the food to be ready! The order literally took so LONG, it was reassigned 4 times!!! Don’t even think about calling the location to check on your order, because NOONE will answer the phone. Seriously disappointing. Next time, I won’t be lazy and drive myself the 3 miles to the store for my instead. They must put DoorDash on the back burner!

Took 15 minutes to get 2 ice cream drinks and I was the only person in the drive through at the time. I got a picture with my receipt showing 8:17 ordered and the clock on my car when i received them at 8:32...oh and no apology.

I stop specifically at this sonic for just a route 44 cup of ice. This location's ice is soft and dry. (Only my real ice eaters know what I am talking about.) Somedays, I will literally drive out of the way for this cup of ice. :)

First of all, they brought out the wrong order and then when they fixed it, it wasn't good. It was supposed to be as slushie. It tasted like water. It came out like water, just not happy, won't be going back there.For a while.

I think the employees need to learn the menu… told me the double bacon smash burger doesn’t come with lettuce or tomatoes? But online it shows it does. I’m kind of upset I like lettuce on my burger and they have a picture with it on it… that’s false advertising
