Hey - leaving this review now on April 9, 2024 -- how the hell do you guys mess up half water and half lemonade?? This thing is sour as hell and there is no water at all ---- it isn't even lemonade, it's limeade. How the hell....how stupid do you have to be?

I pulled in with a mobile order and waited at the stall for ~15 minutes with no response after checking in. I pressed the button and asked about it and received a rash “we don’t have that” and then I didn’t hear anything else back so I went to the drive through. In the drive through i was barely greeted at the speaker box and after stating that I was the one with the mobile order, I was ignored for about another 15 minutes with people backed up behind me and eventually pulling around and leaving. I tried to get their attention by speaking to the box again with no response. I then pulled forward to the door and asked an employee as they were coming out to hand someone else their drinks. I was given no response except about a minute later another employee handed me my drink with no explanation nor an apology and then hastily walked away. The receipt states I placed the ordered at 9:01 but I didn’t have my drink in my hand until 9:31. And after all that, I had to go back for a straw. This experience truly left me stunned because I regularly come to this location and have never had a negative experience up until now.

Lately quality is lacking, today blasts had the toppings on top and zero inside. Very disappointed considering the price. Last 2 visits gravy was half full and thicker than yogurt almost like jello.
the service took for fucking ever and I only like one carhop Chase ! even though i see her running 100 orders out by herself she still has a smile on her face when she gives me my 4 route cups of ice !

This Sonic seems to be better than most: They bring out food in a timely manner. And the food is good. In fact it sets this location apart from the rest. The burgers taste almost gourmet!
