I can not stand when someone is working a window or a speaker box in this case and you can tell they don’t want to be at work!! Like if you don’t want to be at work then go home don’t make ppl feel like they are an inconvenience to you because they came to your JOB smh poor customer service to the guy taking orders at 9:39pm tonight!!!

Always double check at this place. They do a horrible job of not putting correct food in the order. Paid $1.19 extra for bacon for triple smasher cheeseburger $11.49 and had a toddler and infant with me in the car especially at night so didn’t check. Came home and there was no bacon. So upset because I even tipped carhopper person Ramaia.
Currently here on a Sunday at stall 4 and 3 times they answer and acted like they couldn’t hear me. I Had to drive further down and then they decided to take my order. I watched as 2 cars park at stall 4 and get there order as I waited for mine. Sonic please train your staff to have better communication.

Says they are open till 11pm.... got there at 10:43pm to get some drinks and it was completely closed and lights were off.

My order was wrong. It was a simple order request to add cranberry to my grape slush. I only received a grape flavored slush. Double check your orders when ordering fast food items.
