This location can be hit or miss due to the traffic they experience, not to mention we have lost 2 different sonic locations In the spring area (1960 east of aldine wesfield & recently Cypresswood @45) and that has now forced this location on those of us who like sonic.I will say this, the 1960 location was terrible all around I was glad to see them go. The cypress wood location next to spring high school turned rotten with customer service and food handling. I hope this Location gets a make over or let us get a new establishment with a crew that wants to be there.God bless

Though Sonic is not my favorite fast food, they have the best drinks, slushies and shakes and it is my favorite place for service with a smile. Their carhops are the best!Kid-friendliness: Their kid meals are the perfect size for people with smaller appetites

This locations customer service is horrible. Do not get your food here!! The manager does not care about the customers at all. I Sat n my stall waiting for my food and they come out with a small version of everything that I ordered. Then the manager on duty after them making the error...tries to tell me I have to pay the difference...holds my card for 10 minutes after I asked them to pass my card because I had somewhere to be and could not wait for the error THEY MADE to be fixed. I've purchased food for myself and my family from Sonic for 30 years and never have I had this experience it's always this location.

Today I came by to get me a sugar free drink and Joseph was very helpful suggesting the limeades + sugar free flavors they carry. He came out to make sure he understood what I was trying ti order and suggested the limeades for sugar free options.He was very friendly and always kept a smile.

the foot longs don't really measure foot longs anymore. feel they are definitely smaller. i guess inflation is taking an invisible toll.
