I am very upset. We just parked and ordered Blasts for us and our children. a total of 6. The ice cream wasn’t even cold. It was dripping off the spoon. On every blast the topping was just sprinkled at the very top. It wasn’t even mixed in. We did not even get a receipt.

Took over 15 minutes in the drive through to get two medium blasts. People behind me got their food orders and no one else was in the drive thru. The only way I got my order at all was flagging down a waitress on the other side of the parking lot to check on it.
Got a bacon cheeseburger for $8.50 and get 3 measly pieces of bacon. Freaking ridiculous I’m done with sonic until they can figure out how to make food properly

Would rate this higher, but in the few times we've been here, we keep getting under-cooked tots. Y'all need to cook the tater tots longer - few things are as disappointing as getting home to lack luster, not crispy tater tots.
I shouldn't have to bust out the air fryer to finish cooking my tots.

I ordered my food before I got here and was delayed. Upon checking in the manager PERSONALLY came out to my car and said he was going to remake my order (I didn’t even ask for it) because he would serve food that had been waiting an hour. This is excellent service My new favorite Sonic!!
Good sonic location. Foods are good and service is fast. Restaurant looks clean. The ordering kiosk screens sometime don't work so its hard to leave a tip. They don't give out a lot of sauce with the order.
