We have been to this location multiple times, every time we come to this one there is a man inside vaping around the food, which is disgusting and probably very unsanitary. The order is never correct and almost everyone who works at this location is very unprofessional.

I should never expect al sonics to be the same. No drive through, our food was halfway cooked and the drink was filled with carbonation.

My brother and I stopped by, the manager. Robin came out and started talking to us and we ordered two drinks and smashburgers on the app, and then we had to go in and tell her we're sorry, but My brother's car wasn't working and I didn't have my wallet and she actually helped us out by giving us this meal.. she is the best... Being diabetic that really helped. And all she asked is that we come back and see her again which we are definitely going to. God bless, Robin.

This was our 1st opportunity to go to this location. I hadn’t been to a SONIC in a minute… we had a taste for something SPECIFIC. We went specifically for the chili dog and fries. It was “piping hot” and fries were FRESH—KRISPY— and Plenty of them! I had a taste for the BLUE OCEAN WATER too and they did not disappoint!! I will say this location is CONSISTENT!! The way I remember it tasting over the years …it’s STILL GOOD! We’ll be back!

The staff are professional. However, the issue is went month ago and brought water with two sugarfree syrup for flavored water. The water had a strong chemical, sour taste. Threw it out and went somewhere else. Just recently went a couple days ago due to it being 11pm and it's the only location that closed late around 1 am. Again, ordered flavored water and it had a strong sour like chemical taste. They remade it twice different flavors, same thing. Just ended up leaving with a plain water. Drunk some after it sat in car few minutes. When I took a sip it had that taste just more faint then when flavor was in it.. Threw out water and smell cup and it had unpleasant smell. Something in that establishment needs to get throughly cleaned. This was only flavored water and plain water. Shouldn't taste like that even if it's TAP water.

This is a new as of today new review. 7/9/2025 The tea was soured/old or containers needed to be cleaned/bleached. The burgers were horrible, i tried adding extra salt, adding onion & even toasting bun additionally after getting home it did not help.The corndog, usually nice and crispy, tasted mildy baked not like the deep fried flavor your after. Basically all the food had absolutley ZERO flavor.
I would like a refund for entire purchase!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered through the app and was given mozzarella sticks instead of the pepperoni bites I paid for. When I pressed the button to let them know, the response was robotic and unapologetic — no acknowledgment that they had messed up.
When they brought out the correct item, I politely explained the mix-up and even mentioned I had already taken a bite from one of the mozzarella sticks. Instead of showing any empathy, the employee snatched the food out of my hand and, when I asked if I could just keep it, flatly said, “I’ll just throw it out” — and repeated it when I asked again. No apology. No customer care. Just attitude.
It’s not just bad service — it’s unsanitary to take back food that a customer has already touched or eaten from. The whole interaction made me feel like I was the one who did something wrong, when it was their mistake to begin with.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be contacting Sonic corporate. This kind of service reflects terribly on the brand.
