Absolute nightmare. Placed a mobile order but the app wouldn’t let me check in so we pressed the button, employee was rude from the start, would barely let us speak. She insisted we never placed an order and that we must have messed up even though we triple checked the address, payment, and that the order went through. She told us she would go check, about ten minutes later we hadn’t heard anything and got a notification that our order was canceled by the location. We pressed the button to reorder through the kiosk, but as soon as we started ordering the employee (same one) hung up and didn’t let us order.
We were just passing thru from our vacation in Galveston and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Best sonic I have ever eaten at! Also everyone was VERY FRIENDLY!! THANK YOU FROM BURLESON,TEXAS!!!!
Food is always great here! Car hops are amazing! All Sonics need to put the full menu on the passenger side screen like they used to. Passengers can't see the menu unless you're in a

This location is extremely old, very dirty and dilapidated. The service was really bad and the wait time for 3 drinks that were pre-order on the app was ridiculous. Never going there again.

Customer service was literally horrible. They had attitudes upon ordering, could not get the order correct and then walked off with our food after waiting to put our food inside and service other people like screw us. I know you will not do anything but I will make sure none of my family and friends spend their money with you all. I also drive uber, it has now become my business to inform people of the customer service we received
