The last time visiting this location they were extremely slow when I only got ice. So numerous cars come and go when I place an app over before arriving. Today I got a cup of off and this was in it. It looks like lent from a sweater.

This location is trash. I ordered extra ice and got almost no ice, there are zero sauces, napkins or utensils. My order looks like they made a small tots and realized they messed up and just dumped it in the large size container and spread it out. This location needs new management and training.

This is by far one of the worst Sonic’s. It takes forever to get your food and the service is terrible. And management does nothing about it!!!
Chicken strips were burnt. This is the 3rd time in a month I don’t want to come here but it’s very convenient on the way to work

Worse Sonic location in Spring probably Houston. I would recommend avoiding them I live very close by I've only noticed a slow decline in quality. It's fast food but still the worst of the worst happened recently with the new Smasher burger. It comes in a box which they put it in the bag on its side causing the patties, cheese, and sauce to just slide to one end splitting the patties from their own weight. Buns were just soggy and saturated from sitting on the side. All in all it was just a sloppy mess much like the present quality of this location. Will update post if quality increases.

Let me just say, I love me some Sonic. Service here has been very slow 4/5 visits. From time it takes for someone to ask for your order to the time it’s served. Time of visits have been afternoon to evening. Food is as good as others.
