Horrible customer service. Hispanic ladies have a disgusting attitude. I asked if they had iced coffee which I always get when I come here and she shrugged me off and just said no she can’t make it. What type of donut shop is this? I saw the same ladies give multiple people attitude for simply ordering for their families. DONT GO HERE.

Disgusting customer service. Husband & I are at the counter no one else other than a lady with a baby the staff are talking to, clearly not paying attention to us ordering, then while they proceed to each carry the person's baby behind the counter in the kitchen! Do what?! Wheres the customer service they seemed like we bothered them having baby time. Also my crossaints were not even heated properly due to the distraction. This happened just now today. Didnt receive a receipt so am posting here. Food is great but thats it.

Our orange juice tasted sour, was a darker color, there was no expiration date except the manufacture date of 2022. When telling the lady she said it was good didn't want to help. I told her it wasn't asked for a different kind. They gave us sunny d and when asking if the price was the same she laughed and said yes but there sign said a small orange juice is $1.55 and the large was $2.59. And didn't give me a refund for the difference.

Went in thinking it’d be better than Kroger or HEB. Definitely was not.

The workers seemed annoyed that I was there. Donuts taste okay. Charged for extra salsa when I ordered 3 tacos & asked for both green and red. Won't come back - not worth the price.

I have never had such a bad experience getting a doughnut in my life. Incredibly rude and horrible service. To top it off, the doughnuts weren’t even very good. We went out in celebration of Father’s Day and it was not a great way to start the day.

Horrible customer service…. First time I experienced this was when i ordered a taco at the window. I wasn’t greeted, lady seemed to have an attitude. I repeated my order multiple times and it was still wrong. Second time, I accidentally dropped their pen in the drive thru and the woman in the window refused to give me my food i paid for until the pen was found…. Meaning I reached for my food after she took payment and she pulled her hand away from me and basically demanded I find the pen as if there wasn’t 5 cars behind me. I was in disbelief. the pen must have been magical. Won’t be returning.
This is my favorite breakfast by bakery on Rayford road. They have the best donuts, and very nice employees.

Please please stop using fabuloso. I stopped coming here because everything I got from Southern Maid tasted like fabuloso. Sometimes the lobby smelled so strongly of fabuloso that it was hard to breathe. Tried it again after a while and still tastes like it. Won’t be purchasing from Southern Maid again. You’re using too much when it impacts the taste of your food. Blech
