I changed my review to accurately represent my experiences. I used to eat at Spring Creek BBQ at least 3 times a week if not more. Then they took away the All you can eat veggies, limited veggies from 3 on dinner to 2 and raised their pricing... Now it's $24 - $27 a plate... Now I eat here 1 time every 2 weeks when I get the rewards, Buy 1 get 1 free meal... Go Back to What Made You Great! A middle class family can't afford to eat here.... is that what you want?

The food is awesome, and the staff are ridiculously friendly lol. Thank you for that by the way! The food can be a little pricey, but it is worth it. It's a great atmosphere to be in to enjoy your meal.

Have to take this place down a few stars sadly the portion size has significantly decreased and you have to beg for rolls guy making spuds w a s spaced out while I was waiting for my spud would love to re star this place but the portion size isn't ment for a 8 year old whol comes home still hungry my wife got a sandwich only thing which seems two be portioned correctly if u get a two meat the meat plate don't expect more than 2 pieces of brisket think cut six pieces of thinly cut sausage and 2 ribs with more bine than meat sames goes for a 2 for on meat the potatoe I got had half a scoop of meat potato covered plate three chives little cheese guy forgot the butter and 1 bacon bit 😀 I'd soon go to Rudy's till yall get it together I'm sorry but the staff has really brought this once great place yikes

We were visiting family in Texas, and our cousin brought us here for lunch. It was soooo good can't remember exactly what we had but everything was great.

Called in ordered a slab of ribs from this location back on Sept 2, for pick up order, arrived at home and if you could’ve seen what was provided to me. Quality was terrible, ribs were dark, burnt and dried out. Contacted store manager and was enlightened that he couldn’t refund my money but that he would send a gift card of the same value of my purchase in the amount of 25.00. Mind you the ribs wasn’t consumable , so nothing was giving as I’m not looking for no hands out here it’s the principle that it was something that was not edible, so here it is Oct 2 a month later gift card still has not arrived when I was told that it should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Called today spoke with Brian the AGM and he had the audacity to be rude and wanted me to provide a receipt as he disrespectfully told me he can’t be giving away free food, like I was calling begging for a handout what a insult to me. When I asked for the customer relations contact number I was advised to look on the website to retrieve it. I don’t know how some people are placed in a mgt position but don’t have good communication skills. So I’m assuming I just donated 25.00 of my hard working money taking from the mouths of my family. Yes it’s only 25.00 but it’s my damn 25.00. I will contacting the better business bureau, since Covid the level of customer service had gone completely out the door! Word of advice: WITHOUT NO CUSTOMER THERE IS NO BUSINESS!!!!

Staff friendly especially the roll lady. But I cannot believe how much everything went up. A salad, 2 smoked bakers and a sandwich plate with 4 drinks around 80 something dollars for 4 people.

Service is great but the food sucks. Dickies is the worst and this comes in right in front of it for terrible chain bbq. Brisket is dry even asking for moist and the sausage is bland like eating a hotdog. If you want chain bbq stick to Rudy’s or Pappas because this bbq is trash can juice.

Been awhile since I’ve been in here… and now I know why - high priced and small portions. I got the combo plate of brisket/sausage and there wasn’t enough meat to feed a 12- year old! Over $21 bucks with no drink. My last time in here, many more better and cheaper bbq places around…

We've been living in this area for over 10 years and have not been to this restaurant enough! We will definitely be coming back more often! I think in the past we have had some of their food to go but I really felt the atmosphere and service were above and beyond and absolutely made it worth dining in. The server behind the meat counter was welcoming and made you feel like you'd known him your whole life and the younger server was polite and respectful, using "yes ma'am and yes sir" which is becoming rarer to come by. They had our drink cups waiting with ice. The food was delicious, pulled pork and chopped beef sandwiches, creamy potato salad and fresh fries. The beans were probably my least favorite but the quality of service can't be beat! We've been missing out and I can't wait to come back!

The music was cloyingly annoying and poppy… hardly country or backyard jive feel. The fried okra was gland and super greasy but a very good sized portion. I think they didn’t cook the oil hot enough and left them in the oil too long so it soaked up all the grease.
Meat portion was sad but very delicious. My experience was fine. Very so-so.
