One of the things i love about coming to spring creek bbq is that i can order a quarter pound of meat instead of the regular, adult portion. I feel like its good enough. 2 sides. Endless rolls. And a lighter portion of meat. Its great for lunch, and cheaper.

Ordered online for pickup. Got a chopped brisket sandwich with okra basket and a chopped brisket baked potato with everything on the side. The orka was plentiful, with no salt, as requested. The chopped brisket sandwich was a little sloppy. The wrapper it was wrapped in looked like it had been tossed around. The baked potato was large. The sides were in separate containers, as requested. Received two containers of sour cream and butter. There was barely anything in the chives...
