3 stars because the layout of these
New Star bucks are just awful. No privacy ti chat with anyone here. Terrible layout. Just not great... A long bench essentially. 5 star service. 3 star interior

slow with mobile orders. Stood there for over 10 minutes (no one acknowledged me) and a total of 15 minutes for a mobile order at 2 pm.

I waited in the drive thru for 15 - 20 min, my matcha cold cream foam was already separated when they gave me the drink, I even asked if there was cold cream foam & the lady said yes, do you see?
Instead of questioning me, she should have asked if I wanted it to be remade

I walked in and went straight to the register. NO one greeted me. There were two people working, A man and a woman. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. When I spoke, the man said, “I didn’t see you.” I am not invisible and will not be back to this location!

Bad service. Unreasonable staff. My order literally came out to a couple cents more than my gift card balance, and the staff insisted that I come up with that difference. This is unlike Starbucks everywhere else. I went back to for the change, but then was waiting 20 mins for just a black coffee. People behind me had gotten their orders.. that staff ended up missing my order altogether.
This is what I mean by unreasonable. Don’t waste your time! I’d totally avoid this one and go somewhere else.

I'm a Starbucks girl for sure. Go to drink is venti shaken espresso with an extra shot add white mocha no classic add oatmilk no 2 percent
