Picked up an order for Door dash today and it was already ready for me to deliver! Way to go baristas! You are so fast and friendly too!
I usually go to this location because it’s close by our neighborhood. The people I’ve encountered are nice. The problem I had recently is while in the drive through, the car ahead of us had a dog in the back seat. The barista was petting and letting the dog lick her hands. When I got to the window to get my food I asked the girl if that lady washed her hands and how unsanitary it is for her to play with dogs while handling food. Her response was, “she’s leaving for the day, that’s why she did that.” I said so it’s okay to play with animals while you’re inside of a food establishment serving customers? I called back and spoke with a “supervisor” named Anastasia. She seemed unbothered and said she would get with the team go over training. She also said a dry “ thanks for letting me know”. I don’t have a problem with dogs but when handling food in a public establishment I don’t think many would appreciate this type of activity.

My wife ordered a venti drink no ice and this is what was served, tried calling and it just rings and they won’t pick up.
Outstanding customer service. Marvelous coffee shop experience. A shout out to the barista who recommended a relaxing tea and the night manager who comped me a blueberry muffin as I was leaving. I can’t thank y’all enough for lifting my spirits this evening.
The baristas here are always friendly and my drink is always perfect.

Walked in with 25 orders on a busy Valentine’s Day morning for my clinic and Will and the rest of the SB team were incredible!! Will without hesitation and an infectious positive attitude (as I tend to place big orders and usually get sour looks from a lot of the SB’s in the area) quickly took my orders with no complaints—they even wrote the names on the drinks and the drinks came out efficiently and they were all perfect! Best Starbucks customer service ever!
Great place to get a fast consistent a coffee!
Location inside of Krogers, Riley Fuzzel, and 99 Grand Parkway. Staff was not of a greeting sort. First time/ Last time customer at this location. Call out a name and continue moving. Ultimately, get your order and go. The head of the 2 person staff walked in on his phone and is of no help. Line to order is not defined for a first/never again customer. The coffee was not freshly brewed. So, 15 minutes into my coffee, it is not hot. Ultimately, I got boxed coffee, Sumatra brew coffee. Pikes Peak is better. Folgers Dark Roast is better than this. Starbucks should not locate themselves within a grocery store business. True Starbucks drinker can tell the difference. First Customer acknowledgement, next quality of the beverage. This location A NOGO.
I usually don’t do reviews much. Unless there is just some outstanding service. I spoke with Emma today at the front and she was super sweet and very nice. Shout out to you, Emma. <3

I love the food/drinks and the atmosphere is always great. But I just recently started going to Starbucks and wasn’t sure what to order. Lockland helped me out tremendously and the drink she made me was amazing ! After that visit I came back over a month later and not only did she remember me but she remembered my name as well! (I have a very uncommon name that most do not remember 5 minutes after I tell them) every time I go and she’s working it immediately puts a smile on my face because of how welcoming and positive she is, we always have amazing conversation. I’m really not the type to leave a review, i honestly don’t think I ever have, weather the service was good or bad. But having worked in a customer service field before it should be recognized so again Lockland is amazing !

This Starbucks has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST of all the locations. There’s something off with how they make drinks and how they even heat up food. I don’t know how you can mess something up as easy as that. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times and I just will not ever go here again. Today I ordered an ice shaken espresso that was mostly water and that was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Never again. I would give 0 stars if I could. Whoever manages this location needs to make changes. I will be reviewing this location in every platform.
Love stopping here almost every morning. Love my batistas who take my order and serve me daily. Drinks are always made right. Welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible customer service! We stuck at the drive thru for 30 mins with just two cars ahead of us. Also, there’s an old man working without gloves with HORRIBLE ECZEMA on his hands. As soon as I saw it, I couldnt eat my food! They messed up my order and never said sorry.
