Met a friend here and immediately noticed a shortage of seating space. Had to wait for a spot. It was also rather warm in there initially, but I think someone must have brought it to their attention because after 15 mins or so it was better. Service was good. Quick. White Chocolate Mocca was my go to and really well made as I specifically requested. All in all great, just needs more seating options and better, more consistent temperature regulation.

Ordered 25 mins ahead and the line was so long for pick up! I got my order (venti drink with light whipped cream ) and it came out the size of a grande drink. Luke warm also 😩 What’s the point of ordering ahead of time for drive thru when it takes awhile to get the drink and order isn’t what was expected? Bummer! The only good thing was the taste and pup cup for my dog.

9/10 the drinks are wrong and the employees don’t ever speak when you drive up. They just stare at you and then hand you your poorly made drink.

Unfortunately, today was my last day supporting this location. The service has always been very slow, expect to sit in drive thru for 15-20 mins. However, today I was treated very rudely for no reason by the barista. I’ll take my business elsewhere

New Star bucks are just awful. No privacy ti chat with anyone here. Terrible layout. Just not great... A long bench essentially. 5 star service. 3 star interior

slow with mobile orders. Stood there for over 10 minutes (no one acknowledged me) and a total of 15 minutes for a mobile order at 2 pm.

I waited in the drive thru for 15 - 20 min, my matcha cold cream foam was already separated when they gave me the drink, I even asked if there was cold cream foam & the lady said yes, do you see?

Instead of questioning me, she should have asked if I wanted it to be remade
