The young man that helped my sister and I today Aug 20 at 4:45 pm.. i didnt get his name ( sorry )... needs a raise he was polite... and my our drinks and pastries were made to perfection.... Great place to get your Starbucks fix while doing your grocery shopping at Kroger. They take the rewards so yay!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They claim to not have received my mobile order although I order almost daily from a different location without issue. Refused to make my drinks even after showing a time stamped receipt and also stated that they couldn't refund my money. Of course with it being a holiday, the customer service branch is closed. There's a reason I NEVER go to this location, never again.

I don't let my feet cross a Starbucks store. I remembered some 10 years or so ago when the owner announced on National news that he didn't want Christians for his customers. He also quoted for all the Christians to sell their stock.
