I just had the best experience! My son is in a swim meet this morning and I didn’t want his drink to melt so I bought a stainless steel cup! Berry with a beautiful smile offered to rinse it out and even put my ice in it! I didn’t want to ask bc that isn’t their job! But when she offered I was completely thrilled! When I went to get the food and drink I had already ordered Murray was like here let me give you a bag with a handle! Their customer service and bright smiles sure did make for a super positive experience! Thank you ladies!

Today I ordered a pumpkin loaf from my neighborhood Starbucks. I was upset when I realized cream cheese wasn't an option to get with the bread. I went ahead and shot my shot and called up there and got a hold of Brian which happens to be the manager. I told him about my dilemma and without hesitation he said that he would absolutely put a cream cheese in there for me to enjoy my morning treat. After hanging up a friend of mine asked for extra crispy bacon I wanted to know if I would call them back. I thought oh no I'm going to upset them by doing backpack phone calls but again shot my shot. This time Caleb answered the phone and with all the customer service Joy I think he had in him absolutely confirmed that he would be able to make that crispy bacon happen. Haven't had the best few days but this experience completely over the phone with total strangers at my local Starbucks I had to put a smile on my face and they deserve all the stars there is on this thing. Thank you.

Now it's great. At one point sounded like a flea market in thee but now with less students and more Profesional oriented now it's awesome we can enjoy a coffee, frap, pastry in peace and have a great time at this place. As for the employees everyone is friendly and nice and courteous. Very professional. Its my go to Starbucks.

My daughter and come here before school almost on the daily ! Love the entire staff . Ray is absolutely the best ! So sad to see today the barista info on the wall was taken down and so was their TikTok page . This is one of the things that make them so different from other Starbucks is how they connect with us the customer and makes it more of a cafe rather than your regular Starbucks! I think I can speak for all of the regulars that come , this Starbucks is by far the most amazing location I have ever been to ! Andrea & Mia
