My son and I were drinking a coffee.
We were sitting there calmly.
It was 11am. The sun was shining strongly.
We pulled down the blinds to cover the sun.
Suddenly, a tall blond lady -starbucks employee- approached the area with a disgusted face, and in an arrogant manner open the blinds. The sun directly in our faces. I politely called her attention and asked her to put it down again. The sun was very strong. She ignored me completely. Made a deliberate movement with her arm (we all know she was sending me very far away) and left the area.
I stood up and closed the blinds myself.
Shameful behavior of a place that claims to have a top service. The dont.
Dont go to this starbucks.
Not friendly at all. Nor clean.

Whoever the guy was working on October 1st around 2:30-2:45pm is extremely rude. I walked in and he didn’t even acknowledge me. I was standing at the register for a while until I decided to walk out and try a different location since this one obviously doesn’t acknowledge people standing at the register.

Does this place ever get cleaned? Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty leather chairs, dirty walls, I mean come on, … you expect someone to sit in that space and enjoy a cup of coffee?

I was aware based on news reports that Starbucks is struggling. I didn't realize how massive the changes that have been made to coffee recipes. I ordered what was once my favorite coffee item Salted Caramel Ice brew. It's rich and full of cream, salted Carmel sprinkles, etc. What I received, coffee, ice, and maybe a 1/2 inch white "foam" on top. When I mentioned to the employee what I had ordered she acknowledge and said yes, this is our salted Caramel. In now way is this a reflection of the employee or the store however, as for the once great "Starbucks" I will not return. Its not cheap and now they have cheapened the ingredients. Searching the Klein area for a new coffee location:-)

Just moved to the area. They made a great first impression. I purchased two drinks and as soon as I got in my car I dropped them and they fell all over my car. The barista working at the time was so nice. She replaced them both. It made my whole day because this was my accident, she didn’t have to replace it but did. Thanks yall!

One of my favorite locations for morning coffee. Friendly staff, most importantly the coffee is fresh and consistent no matter who made it. Never had a bad cup! Great Job!!!

My recent visit to the store was unfortunately marred by several factors that significantly detracted from my experience. Firstly, the volume of the music was excessively loud, making it difficult for me to concentrate on my studying, which was my primary reason for being there. However, what was even more unsettling was the conduct of the employees, particularly the shift lead. Throughout my time in the store, I couldn't help but overhear conversations in which the shift lead was adamantly expressing views about refusing to work for a straight man. This vocalized bias towards men made me feel distinctly uncomfortable as a customer. What struck me as particularly concerning was the timing and context of these discussions. With other customers present in the store, it felt inappropriate and unprofessional for such personal views to be aired so openly, especially by a member of staff in a leadership position. While I understand that workplaces can foster diverse opinions and beliefs, it's essential for employees, especially those in leadership roles, to maintain a level of professionalism and ensure that all customers feel welcome and respected regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.Overall, my experience at the store was overshadowed by the distracting music and the discomfort caused by the vocalized biases of the employees. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers in the future.P.s. yall wouldn't have to yell at each other at a level where everyone hears your private discussion, if you were to lower the music a notch.... sorry not sorry
