This Starbucks is very pleasant and good atmosphere. Workers are on top of their duties. So it’s a pleasure to do business here. I recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks, you don’t be disappointed and you will find yourself wanting to come back.

If you have to be somewhere and your order inside, go ahead and wait for 15 freaking minutes. This happens EVERY-TIME and it’s starting to feel personal. I go to this establishment because it is close to where I work. I ordered a venti Iced matcha, a grande refresher, and food. Food came out quick, no problem, BUT THE DRINKS??? 15 minutes. And when I finally had to ask for my drink after time had passed and drinks were going out the drive through window quick, I was given the WRONG drink. I told the girl I’m coming back for my refund for the drink I never got. At this point it’s not even worth it. 6 girls working too. This was infuriating being looked at and knowing that I was waiting, and they still moved on with other orders. 15 minutes. And I’m not exaggerating.

i always order matcha at starbucks it’s my go to. first time ordering matcha here was the best matcha i’ve ever had from a starbucks it’s way better than the other starbucks in the area. i went 2 days in a row and both days were amazing. usually at other starbucks ts a hit or miss but this one is so good. i guess i have to drive an extra 5 miles for this starbucks

The drive thru barista was fantastic, very friendly and prompt. The bacon egg bites were hot and delicious. However, the hot white mocha was the worst $6 coffee I've ever had. It tasted like straight dark chocolate. Very bitter and not at all what it usually tastes like. The person who made it clearly needs more training. When I got to work, I tried to add things to it to make it palettable, but it was disgusting. Such a waste of a rare treat for myself.

Refused to give me a refund on merchandise that I bought in store that was within return policy date when I also had valid in all receipt.
I don't even really like coffee that much, but the Carmel crunch frappuccinos are good. On my way out, I accidentally dropped one on the floor and the staff was super helpful and even made me a new one without charge. I really appreciated their kindness and would 100% go again!

I have been contemplating to go just get coffee in this location because I don’t like how they make my coffee every time I come here. When they make my coffee it takes like it mostly has milk instead of coffee, I need my caffeine. Each individual employee makes different taste of coffee and I already know which employee makes a good coffee. I myself have been an employee and know that every customer has different taste of variations from sweet to strong. So Im sorry but I don’t find it worth spending my money in milk chocolate when I can make it at home. Service and people are friendly but just not the coffee.

Obviously not the biggest deal but line took awhile, customer service wasn’t there, and the worker over charged me by a dollar. Ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate (4.25) and was rung up for a white hot chocolate (4.05) with 4 pumps of peppermint syrup (.80). Just not the most enjoyable service experience.
