Terrible experience at this location today, and not the first time. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 oatmilk peppermint fraps because my wife has a serious milk allergy. Checked with the guy taking our order twice to ensure hers was for sure made without milk so she doesn't become sick. She drank a little more than half of it before realizing hers was made with milk and started feeling extremely sick. Why even have the option if youre just going to make it with milk anyways? Sure its just a mistake, but you shouldnt play when it comes to allergies in food service. We will not be returning to this location, and I will warn anyone going here to ensure 110% that their drink is made correctly.

I have been coming to this location almost daily for the past couple of years. I order the exact same drink every time, Venti Upside Down Iced Caramel Macchiato with a caramel wall ☺️. I'm always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The entire team is amazing, nothing but good vibes every visit. Great customer service will definitely keep me loyal to this location. Even though they're just awesome like that, them remembering my name and order really makes me smile.

Really loved coming to this Starbucks because the workers are super friendly, especially the gentleman who works the drive thru. Recently came and ordered on the inside and my order was overlooked by people who ordered after me. After questioning the young lady, she made my order quickly with hardly any ice or cold foam added. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service this morning.

I asked for a latte with no caffeine that I would enjoy. A bit of thought and I had a pumpkin latte and when my devine daughter decided to add whipped cream, my first time in Starbucks in literally decades has me wondering if I should go back.

This is my go to Starbucks! All the baristas are very friendly and nice here. Shout out to Susan who knew my name right away and my usual drink Venti Java Chip Frap no whip! Always has a big smile on her face and is always happy and friendly, even when they are really really busy. Emily is also very polite and nice! Remember talking about the pumpkin patch recs around our area. She’s great! This Starbucks is close to my house, but I have to detour a little on the days I work; since my drinks are usually the same here and love all the baristas. Great job everyone!

Been going to starbucks for years but this location is now my "home starbucks" The employees here are friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Susan was the first employee who remembered my name and my usual order even though we really haven't met in person yet as I usually go to the drive through. She made me feel valued. Because of Susan, I started going inside for few mins just to enjoy my latte before heading to work and sometimes I bring my kids and have breakfast there before I drop them to school.
