I usually stop by this Starbucks on my way to work and have never had any bad experiences—until now. The person who took my order at the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. However, the person at the window was a different story. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but she didn't say anything during our interaction; there was no "thank you" or "have a good day," nothing at all. It's understandable if someone doesn't feel like being friendly, but at the very least, she could have informed me that my payment had gone through, so I would know it was okay to leave. Sigh!

By far the worst Starbucks location. Staff is very rude and sarcastic, the drive through takes at least twenty minutes every time we’ve been there no matter the time of day, and the drinks leave much to be desired. Starbucks is overrated and overpriced as it is but this location makes it intolerable.

My husband and I are on Starbucks right now and we just saw more than 3 flights, 🪰 around the food that is inside the glass, they are stocks there … we with a lot of courtesy said to the service girl that the food have 🪰 and a lot, and she just said: “IT IS OK….that food it’s only to show. “ I need ask to EVERYONE… ANSWERS ME :::It is ok have 🪰 and others flights in the food that you see and you want yo eat..???? Disgusting 🤢 this place…. and a totally wrong answer…. She didn’t care and nobody here care….

Every last worker in this Starbucks is rude…don’t be mad at me because you hate your life. I expect you to be courteous and warming. I don’t expect anyone who is gonna ring up my order to say “What do you want”, then proceed to throw my food down. Worst customer service I have seen on my 44 years on planet earth.
I even heard them being rude to the drive thru customers. If you don’t like your job, quit and go be miserable at home.
