The whole team of the young four females seemed “all over the place” . They were not approachable based on their facial expressions displayed. My order was incorrect, it was not blended correctly. While in line to get it corrected, the person in front of me was complaining of how she asked for no whip cream and received an abundant amount. The person behind me was complaining of how their drink wasn’t sweet enough. There was no guidance. No one seemed to know anything. Then when my corrected drink was ready the young lady slapped my drink on the counter and said “her ya go”. I repeated after her and she turned her back toward me. No empathy or apology for getting my drink incorrect or the wait for the second time, i won’t be going back and I’m telling everybody as advisement.

Kind of embarrassing when you've been waiting in line for a couple of minutes and then the blonde chick at the register screams at you, in front of everyone, that the person in front of you was the last one she's taking for the night. Gross

I absolutely love this location! Laura and the staff have been so sweet and they always make my day going through the Starbucks line when I’m there right at 5:00 am! They are always asking how I’m doing and know me by name. Love their customer service ❤️

Busy. It seems the drive through takes priority over inside service regardless. I was second in line inside and more than 10 cars were served in drive through before I went back up to the counter. They hadn't started my drink yet.

I will definitely not be back to this specific Starbucks this is my second time and I figured I would give them another chance the first time they was out of everything which isn’t the workers fault my sister had ordered something and paid for it abs they told they didn’t have it after she already paid for it but they gave her a gift card which was good. Today my husband went order me a venti mango fruit refresher with no water and no inclusions half peach juice 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and a splash of coconut milk so he ordered and paid for it and they told him they was out of peach juice the point is they should have told him that before he paid for it or tried making it right some how but they didn’t for that I will be going to another one.
