Can’t say that i ordered anything because the TWO baristas who were SOOOOOOO busy stocking one small basket could not bother to look up to greet me let alone take my order. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I’d rather you simply say I don’t serve your kind. I would’ve politely gone elsewhere. But instead you have me and my daughter standing there unnoticed and not acknowledged is ridiculous.

Does this look like a caramel ribbon crunch frapp?? Absolutely not. It’s not even frozen nor does it have whip cream or the caramel drizzle that comes on it. Extremely disappointed with this order, to be told “we can’t do refunds over the phone.”

Always great customer service. Coffee prices are a bit high but the staff knows how to brighten your day. Love the new shaken espressos. Unfortunately, this store runs out of different drinks a lot because it’s always so busy.
