I have to say this store is either really good at hiring, really good at training, or both. Customer service in this Starbucks is unlike any other that I've been to since the early 2000s.

I typically go here in the mornings because it is close to my work, although every time I go my drink is inconsistent even though I always get the same thing. This morning in particular I placed my order online like I usually do and when I was at the window they told me I had to pull around again even though there was no one in line. In the time it took me to tell the barista that if I had ordered at the window I would be waiting here anyways my drink was done. It took about 20 seconds so i’m not sure why she would make me drive around again. My drink was also straight milk and foam. Barely any matcha in it which is saddening considering how much the drinks are. I don’t recommend this location!

So the morning people are great, Just went through now, I get a large vanilla cappuccino. How do you give me a half full cup, I'm paying 7 bucks for this, the damn thing should be full every time.

I always go the Grogans Mill location even though it’s farther from my home but when I’m running late I go to this location and I’m always disappointed, I swear if I drive to the other location I would get my order faster, I placed my order at 5:10 pm to pick up in store and when I got there DT line was empty but they took almost 20 minutes to have my latte ready, they would make every drink but mine even though I got there first and I was a mobile order, the only good experience is when I go at 5 am and I’m the only customer. I will learn my lesson and go to the other location

Love the staff here so much - but the inconsistency in drinks is insane. My order is always the exact same but my drink is always different. I keep coming back because I love the staff, but I don’t think I will anymore at this point :/ This is a matcha…… it’s basically a cup of milk. Other times, it’s as dark as a Christmas tree.

Well, seeing that I am a barista myself. I can't stand this place. My wife loves it though. The coffee they serve it's not good. After getting her drink, she even said this isn't good. It's a solid three out of ten. Why pay ten dollars for a cup of coffee that's only a three out of ten...

I just want to say I wish all Starbucks had such Amazing Baristas like y'all!! This was a small thing but it sure brightened up our day! My daughter noticed the little Kitty Emoji first and it brought and instant smile to our face 🥰💖🤩 Thank you for that! Keep bringing smiles to those who visit your Starbucks 💖💯 we don't live nearby, we happen to be in the Area, but you guys being so awesome really makes me want to live near your Starbucks 🥰💖 So I had to leave this review!

I have ordered from this store through DoorDash many times, and SADLY this is the one store doordash picks to get delivery from, i wish the starbucks by Rayford/grandparkway got the orders instead. I have ordered from here early in the morning, during the day, late at night, and every time i order a croissant they NEVER warm it up, i swear its only been done ONCE. I just ordered delivery from here today, Feb. 26th at 7:13pm, and yup i received a cold hard croissant all because their employees are too lazy. Its ridiculous.
