This is the Starbucks by my house. Staff is always friendly, drinks are always correct and on time. It's nice to sit outside on the patio on cool days.

This Starbucks is my favorite! They have no issue or attitude doing custom orders! They are so friendly and make our drinks with a smile! My kids and I pass up the Starbucks on 2920 and northcrest due to them always acting as though they are bothered! Love this Starbucks!!

Relaxing environment, just like most Starbucks locations—perfect for taking a break or getting a little work done. The drinks were good, though I’ll admit the coffee itself isn’t anything to write home about. Personally, I prefer the refreshers—they’re consistently tasty and refreshing. The lady who took our order was very kind and added a nice personal touch to the visit. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I work in customer service so I understand we may have bad days but to hear from other people as well they shared the same experience, I know it has to be the location.

I probably come to this Starbucks every other day and the service here is always incredible. Today I got the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Marcus. It’s now clear to me why I’ve always had such a great experience here, Marcus sets the bar high for customer service! 🤩 thank you for having such awesome staff & for always making me feel welcome even in the drive thru! 🥰

We went today to get a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. We were handed a TALL size; I looked at it confused as I knew this, and the cake pop did not cost $10. I sat at the window waiting for someone to come back and even tried to get someone's attention by saying "Excuse me". When the man finally came back to the window, I told him our order was supposed to be a Grande, the man rudely asked 'Well, did you ask for it?". The tag on the cup even said Grande on it for the size. I told him yes and it evens says on the sticker that was supposed to be the size. He rolled his eyes at me and rudely stated well we can fix it. You can tell he was mad that I noticed the size was wrong. I can't imagine how a sticker for the cup said Grande and he proceeded to still make and hand me a small version of the drink and want to pretend I am the problem.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Daniel. We have seen him for almost since the time he started working there. Every time we go to drive thru, he is courteous, kind and respectful. His kindness has touched my otherwise shy kid who now places his own order for Starbucks thru the drive thru. Even if we are in another part of the town, my kid waits to get cake pop only at the store where Daniel works. Whether we have a good day or a bad day, a cake pop and hello to Daniel saves the day!!! Thank you Daniel for being extra kind and caring to us!! We are so happy to have you and we keep coming back because of you.
