Staff was so nice for having to work the day after Christmas! 🎄 The only thing I would ask is to have a trash can on the patio or at least right inside the patio door. Then maybe jerky people wouldn't throw their trash in the bushes.

Not one to leave reviews but from an ALLERGY point of view this needs to be said. I ordered an oat milk Hot chocolate with peppermint and nondairy coldfoam at the drive thru because I have a dairy allergy. The girl seemed a bit confused with my order but sent me through to pay at the window. I got my drink and started sipping it, not even 5 minutes down the road and I started having an instant bloating and nausea reaction in my car. Looked down at my printed ticket on my cup and oat milk was NOT on the ticket at all!!!!! I went back to the store to just make them aware, hey, this is an allergy I have, and now I’m extremely nauseous, could I be compensated or talk to someone. I got none of that, instead the drink was remade and I was promised it had no dairy in it…however, now I’ve got to spend the rest of my day dying on a couch because of this. Please tell your people to slow down when taking orders, it’s coming up to the holidays and I know they’re busy but it could be a lot worse for someone with a worse allergy than me!!!

This is the Starbucks by my house. Staff is always friendly, drinks are always correct and on time. It's nice to sit outside on the patio on cool days.
This Starbucks is my favorite! They have no issue or attitude doing custom orders! They are so friendly and make our drinks with a smile! My kids and I pass up the Starbucks on 2920 and northcrest due to them always acting as though they are bothered! Love this Starbucks!!

Relaxing environment, just like most Starbucks locations—perfect for taking a break or getting a little work done. The drinks were good, though I’ll admit the coffee itself isn’t anything to write home about. Personally, I prefer the refreshers—they’re consistently tasty and refreshing. The lady who took our order was very kind and added a nice personal touch to the visit. Overall, a pleasant experience.
