Relaxing environment, just like most Starbucks locations—perfect for taking a break or getting a little work done. The drinks were good, though I’ll admit the coffee itself isn’t anything to write home about. Personally, I prefer the refreshers—they’re consistently tasty and refreshing. The lady who took our order was very kind and added a nice personal touch to the visit. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I probably come to this Starbucks every other day and the service here is always incredible. Today I got the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Marcus. It’s now clear to me why I’ve always had such a great experience here, Marcus sets the bar high for customer service! 🤩 thank you for having such awesome staff & for always making me feel welcome even in the drive thru! 🥰
We went today to get a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. We were handed a TALL size; I looked at it confused as I knew this, and the cake pop did not cost $10. I sat at the window waiting for someone to come back and even tried to get someone's attention by saying "Excuse me". When the man finally came back to the window, I told him our order was supposed to be a Grande, the man rudely asked 'Well, did you ask for it?". The tag on the cup even said...
