I can honestly say this Starbucks has the best management team I’ve ever seen. The entire store runs so smoothly — they’re incredibly efficient, well-organized, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasure.
What really stands out is how kind and personable the staff are. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles, and you can tell the management sets the tone by creating such a positive environment. Drink quality was on par with any other Starbucks but what made this experience stand out was Kayla at the drive through. Her upbeat happy personality was incredible. I was having a rough morning and stopped to grab my wife a Matcha, but couldn't help but leave smiling. Her laugh and joy for no real apparent reason was infectious! I'd go back just to run into her at the drive through. Definitely a prime example of how people make the place!
