Dpmo. I get matcha here bc I work close by and it’s walkable. Like I said I always get matcha and it’s always made incorrectly. I’ve noticed this the past few times but gave grace. The most recent time I decided to watch the drink be made just ensure I wasn’t crazy. Drink was made totally incorrect. Whole milk was used instead of 2%. No classic was added and I also counted 4 scoops instead of 3. Every partner should know the recipe to standard iced matcha latte. I know this because I literally used to work at a Starbucks until a month ago when I decided to part ways with the company. Every partner should know what the recipe is depending on the drink. I get grande so it’s 3 scoops 3 classic 2% milk and a grande scoop of ice. I bring this up to the cashiers attention and she tells me with a tone “well it’s up to you to tell us if you want it sweetened or not and what milk to use.” Lie again because no you don’t decide for the customer. You go based off the standard recipe. She told me it comes unsweetened which I knew was a very bold lie so I decided to go to the website just to be sure I was correct and lo and behold I was. I added a screenshot for proof tyvm.
TLDR; Get your partners retrained on bar and make sure they’re using LATTE🙄🙄

This is a great place to grab coffee with a friend. I enjoy the time with a mentor of mine and we have some privacy with some delicious food and drinks.

My kids and I stopped by this location on our way to an event and words cannot even begin to describe how amazing our visit was! Adriana and Anisha were amazingly patient and proficient at helping my family achieve everything they desired! It is evident Adriana is highly effective at managing this location, everything is clean and in order! My family and I will definitely be back to this location when we are back in town!!

It’s convenient for me to get coffee from this location as I live right on top of it. However, it’s becoming too frequent that my drink is always made incorrectly. If I can read on my cup that it’s supposed to have caramel on top and lining the cup or cold foam, the barista should be able to read that too. What’s the point of customization if it’s never going to be followed through!!!

I just quit working here for various reasons but I took more than what I’m sharing here, they don’t throw away anything dated and a lot of the times just change the sticker on it and the photos shown were taken several days or maybe even a week or so after the discard dates. Just don’t buy food here. Drinks are okay even tho a lot of the refreshers are also just redated with a discard sticker never discarded.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location today. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Milk Cortado with an extra pump of brown sugar via the mobile app. When I received my drink, I asked the barista if the extra pump had been included. She admitted it had not and then—instead of remaking the drink properly—proceeded to open the lid with her bare hand, touching the exact spot where my lips would go, and attempted to add the pump manually.
This was completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially given that I had just seen her sneeze moments before. I immediately told her to stop and asked for the drink to be remade correctly. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, another employee, Selena, questioned me with an attitude, asking why I needed it remade. When I explained the issue—that my drink had been handled improperly and was not made as ordered—she snapped at me, saying their manager had instructed them to be stricter about extra pumps.
At this point, I had to calmly explain that I had already paid for the extra pump through the mobile app and that this was not about an unpaid modification—it was about the drink being made incorrectly in the first place. Instead of apologizing for the mistake or showing basic customer service skills, Selena continued to be dismissive and unprofessional.
After I stood my ground and she finally remade my drink, the new employee sarcastically and passive-aggressively told me, “Hope you have a better day,” as if I was the problem. The attitude was completely uncalled for and ridiculous—all I did was request my drink be remade correctly and safely.
This experience was beyond frustrating—not only was there a blatant lack of sanitation, but the customer service was dismissive, rude, and downright unprofessional. I have always expected better from Starbucks, and I sincerely hope the management takes this situation seriously because this level of service is unacceptable
