I just quit working here for various reasons but I took more than what I’m sharing here, they don’t throw away anything dated and a lot of the times just change the sticker on it and the photos shown were taken several days or maybe even a week or so after the discard dates. Just don’t buy food here. Drinks are okay even tho a lot of the refreshers are also just redated with a discard sticker never discarded.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location today. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Milk Cortado with an extra pump of brown sugar via the mobile app. When I received my drink, I asked the barista if the extra pump had been included. She admitted it had not and then—instead of remaking the drink properly—proceeded to open the lid with her bare hand, touching the exact spot where my lips would go, and attempted to add the pump manually.
This was completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially given that I had just seen her sneeze moments before. I immediately told her to stop and asked for the drink to be remade correctly. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, another employee, Selena, questioned me with an attitude, asking why I needed it remade. When I explained the issue—that my drink had been handled improperly and was not made as ordered—she snapped at me, saying their manager had instructed them to be stricter about extra pumps.
At this point, I had to calmly explain that I had already paid for the extra pump through the mobile app and that this was not about an unpaid modification—it was about the drink being made incorrectly in the first place. Instead of apologizing for the mistake or showing basic customer service skills, Selena continued to be dismissive and unprofessional.
After I stood my ground and she finally remade my drink, the new employee sarcastically and passive-aggressively told me, “Hope you have a better day,” as if I was the problem. The attitude was completely uncalled for and ridiculous—all I did was request my drink be remade correctly and safely.
This experience was beyond frustrating—not only was there a blatant lack of sanitation, but the customer service was dismissive, rude, and downright unprofessional. I have always expected better from Starbucks, and I sincerely hope the management takes this situation seriously because this level of service is unacceptable

Only one barista at counter and talking on the cell phone the entire time and totally forgot our coffee was even ordered. Incredibly unprofessional. Step up your game and p

Service was absolutely awful. The attitude the brunette in the lakers hoodie had was shocking especially considering that it wasn’t even busy and my parents and I were the only ones in line..I’m not one to usually leave a review unless things are wonderful or actually pretty bad. We walk in asking if they have cake pops and immediately they start saying they don’t have birthday cake pops but we never specified which ones. We’re trying to ask if they have chocolate but they aren’t even listening. Finally weee able to get that cleared up and my mom asks for her drink with oat milk. She’s a very loud speaker btw..so if they were actually listening she wouldn’t have messed up. Then when my dad gets it he says she asked for oat milk and that girl talks back saying no she didn’t say that. She was so smug it just immediately made my head turn. Then started talking to her coworker all hush about them as I’m right there. The attitude as she slid the correct drink was insane as well. At least my unmodified drink was right; but that’s about it.
Quick visit for drink during chrismas eve day. Order seasonal cranberry orange lemonade top with espresso. Tasted great. Staff is nice and friendly making special drink I asked which is not in regular menu.
It's been a minute since I've been back to a Starbucks. I don't often regret decisions I make but I do regret stepping in this week. The holiday season is here and I opted to purchase a tall caramel brulee latte yesterday, a drink which I have had before and quite enjoyed. This year there seems to be some inconsistency with the characteristics and the flavor of the holiday drinks. I found it strange that my tall drink was half filled with coffee and half filled with whipped cream which made the drink overall way too sweet. Not to mention that a tall drink should be 12 oz and in this case it was more like 6 oz. I find that this is poor value for a $7 drink. I thought perhaps maybe it was a new barista so today I stepped in and tried another holiday drink only to experience the same. My cup was filled with 6 oz of coffee and the rest was whipped cream which made this a very undrinkable holiday coffee. There goes another $7 down the drain. I think I'm starting to remember why I stopped coming to Starbucks.
My plug sent me here and the atmosphere was nice.
