I wasn’t feeling well, so I decided to treat myself to some hot tea on the way to work. It was a long wait even though there was only one other person waiting so by the time I got my drink, I had to rush out to leave. I didn’t try my drink till I was already on the way to work and realized they gave me something else. Some form of coffee, it tasted bad. But I had to get to work and didn’t have time to go back. I called to see how I could resolve it. They told me to come back. When I told them I was at work and couldn’t they said there was nothing they could do. Don’t recommend. Employees also seemed very frustrated to have to do their job.

8:49 pm and as my pregnant wife walked up to try and order one drink Starbucks employee said was closed. Business hours are until 9 pm which means you clean after you close. Her condescending demeanor makes me not want and to come back ever.

They filled just the bottom of my matcha, barely even a sip and the rest was just foam. How do you not know how to make a matcha and get hired at Starbucks?

it says closes at PM, get there 8:31pm -- Girl rudely says "no it closes at 8:30 I leave at 9:00pm" -dont put closes at 9PM on your google listing then?

Was mocked by two cashiers at the window for asking for a bag. Very unprofessional! My caramel macchiato taste like hazelnut! Worst Starbucks ever.

This is not our preferred location but we visit it occasionally due to the fact that they have a convenient drive-thru. At least 4 times in the past they have asked us to park in front because they are "working" on our mobile order. The orders have never been more that 2-3 items and in at least 2 instances there were absolutely no cars behind us. So what is the purpose/benefit of making us park??? We put in the mobile order to help them get a head start and that is really no different than if we had just ordered at the intercom so why do they do that with a small mobile order? Frustrating!

It is truly unbelievable how fast orders are filled at the drive-through, and I have never experienced a mistake with an order. The line of cars moves swiftly and efficiently. Employees are delightfully friendly. I could give this location five stars if only they would clean the dirty window glass at the drive-through window and the grubby, moldy metal window frame. So unappetizing. And that ginger plant that scrapes the side of my car at every visit? Trim it back, please!
