Sorry, but I’m looking for relaxing, cozy vibes. If I was looking for an adrenaline rush and an increase in my metabolism rate I’d head to the ice rink. ⛸️🧊

Drive thru doesn't take payments while keeping it open. Inside, employees are more worried about their own concerns, more than the awaiting customers.

We went to Order and we were having problems getting our order then the Driver proceeded to pour a drink and the lady said she was management and was disrespectful and stated that we were free to leave and it really ruined the drivers

Order drive thru Americano with extra cream and 3 splenda like i do 3-4 times a week. But what i got was what is the picture. The order was correct on the screen outside. when i looked at the app to see what happen you can see the changed before i payed. I think the drive thru girl might of had bad day before i got there cause she did not seem happy.

Always great service and drink but during my visit, this location is a little small for seating and the floor needed cleaning.. there were many staff members on site but I noticed the guest were sweeping and picking up not the staff.. maybe one is better off doing a drive thru here.. just my observation..

I usually use the drive thru at this location to purchase a non fat cinnamon dolce latte, but my drink was so terrible that I do not plan on returning. I returned the drink once because it was not made right, but after today, I concluded that it is just not worth it. The staff really needs to be trained in consistency when preparing drinks correctly. If I got regular coffee, I would not be taking the time to write this review. However, it seems each time I get a coffee latte it taste different. Suggest training staff so that what a customer order is exactly what they get. What a disappointment!
