Came here and was disrespected by the shift supervisor this morning. I was ordering with someone else and she cut in on the drive thru mic and told us we couldn’t get waters without making a purchase but we were in the middle of ordering. Then she refuse to serve us. I went in to report the incident to another manager and was told to get out because it’s clear that they are friends. I was talked to disrespectful and treated horrible. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this. I was sick just trying to get water a medicine ball and chicken pocket. All the bad mouthing me and etc. treat me with such racism like I was sick. Just told me to have a good day. People shouldn’t be treated like this at Starbucks when this is such a friendly place. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I recommend hiring people who actually want to be there. I wouldn’t recommend and will but this situation on all social platforms

Terrible. 15 minutes for a shot of espresso. Only one person working the bar. James was shift supervisor they all were talkin shit in their headphones
One of the slowest starbucks around… expect to wait 15 min in drive thru…. And it is not because of volume… constant turnover is the reason…
Don’t go to this location if you have a caffeine intolerance. I specifically asked for DECAF and they gave me regular coffee. I know because after I was done drinking my iced coffee, I started feeling really bad. Shaking, fast heart beat, dizziness, and nausea. At first I thought maybe we ordered it wrong through the app, but I checked the sticker on my cup and it said DECAF. Employees should be more careful or stop being lazy and giving everyone regular coffee when they ask for decaf just because the don’t want to make more. There are people out there who have caffeine intolerance and could end up in the hospital because of it. Some reactions to it are worse. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location.

This Starbucks is either severely understaffed or poorly managed. You definitely feel like a second class citizen if you order inside. Went in, with no one waiting in line, and just stood around at the register waiting to order for 5-10 minutes. There were two employees, one making drinks and another serving the drive through. I could only be helped after the drive through cleared. It’s frustrating how much Starbucks focuses on drive through orders and mobile orders.

Just moved to Spring Texas. This Starbucks is in walking distance from where I live, but I got it delivered instead. Not only did they mess up my coffee, Was supposed to be a white mocha with one pump of Carmel. It’s a chocolate mocha not even an extra pump of caramel. They didn’t give me hot sauce with my burrito either. Stuff is too expensive for this! Save yourself and don’t go to this location. They are obviously lazy and don’t care. I won’t ever be stepping in here again to spend my money. Service industry is a joke these days.

Jessica was awesome! I had a few drink and food order and she managed to swiftly take care of it! She was friendly, efficient and quick! My drinks came out perfectly.

Better respect for dashers. I waited 20 minutes and was here before any person walking through the store. Order still not ready and late 20 minutes out the door. Horrible experience.

Unfortunately I have to drive 10 mins away to a different this location because one that’s near me has terrible customer service and never have the items to make drinks. Thank yall for being open. And great customer service. Daniel was so nice and so helpful. Top tier!

I come here almost every morning at 5:30. In the morning, and these people act like they don't know how to make a simple drink without overloading.And the girl doesn't do anything in the drive through, but talk on her phone
