Unfortunately I have to drive 10 mins away to a different this location because one that’s near me has terrible customer service and never have the items to make drinks. Thank yall for being open. And great customer service. Daniel was so nice and so helpful. Top tier!
This Starbucks is usually my go to when I'm in the area, but this morning the vibe was definitely off. The employee at the drive thru had a really nasty attitude, which was disappointing cause usually employees at Starbucks are very welcoming. It was very disappointing. I understand everyone has off days but if that's is the case then maybe as manager not to place you in a position where you have don't have to deal with the public until you get yourself together....
Though the drive thru was open and folks were sitting on the inside, when I had visit, the location was temporarily closed... Not sure why but is what it is... I had to go down the road..
