I went to this Starbucks location on 12/11/23 around 1pm to exchange a sbux cup. Upon arriving I had to wait for Michael who was at the floral section having a conversation with the florist. When he finally came to assist me I let him know my reason for the visit & he rudely told me, "we don't do that, plus that is an older cup". I was caught so off guard by that response because I have exchaged merchandise there before without any issue & yes the cup was released a few months ago but it is still in shelves which is how it was recently purchased. I left the store feeling very upset & embarrassed because of the way I was treated. Later that day I went to a different starbucks down the street and not only was she very kind & willing to exchange my cup, but she gave me store credit instead because they were sold out of the cup I wanted. This lets me know that Michael could of helped me but chose not to, he has very poor customer service.

i loathe this location as there’s usually a long wait with or without a long line. last time i ordered a grande and they gave me a Tall-sized cup. This time they charged me for a coffee but only filled it 3/4 of the way…. I made the wrong decision by giving them chance after chance and they mess up each time. I hope they build a free standing location around this area..

Very disappointed. I ordered last night around 7:45-7:50 pm while I was shopping in Kroger. I walked up to wait for the drinks and was told by the barista that she was closed, despite online saying they close at 9 pm, and that she cancelled my online order. She told me I would have a refund on my account in 30-45 minutes. I woke up today to see no refund so I called this Kroger and explained what happened, and I was told they don’t have the capability to cancel mobile orders or provide refunds. Poor customer service and training for the workers. If they close earlier then the website needs to reflect accurate hours. Either way this was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend ordering in the evening. I contacted Starbucks customer service to handle this issue.

Went there today at 4:56pm and the barista was very rude! She was on her phone and when I was ordering sounded like I was bothering her and when I was gonna order a second drink she was like ok what else!? …… like what?! Very unprofessional maybe she was having an off day but that’s been a first for bad experience here.
