I don't think you guys realize how many customers Maria has run off. I just talked to another person today that wont be back. She is nasty to customers and is constantly rude. I haven't been back in at least six months. Does ownership even read the feedback.

This particular store will POST THEIR OWN PICTURES and try to flood out any bad reviews. All you can see is their own pictures of random sandwiches. Only a few of them are from the reviewers unless you dig deep- that’s dishonest.I personally left my review more than a week ago. I talked to somebody from Subway. They took down my information and not one person called me back. Left a message on website to corporate. No response. I’m assuming it was the franchisee. I posted a review and a picture of the the flattest cold cut combo EVER It was disgusting on top of that and it was made by Christina who I spoke with immediately after it was picked up. I was not able to voice my frustration. I told her it looked horrible wrong. She was super rude. I’ve been eating those sandwiches for over 25 years and I know exactly what it’s supposed to be on it. I even googled it to make sure!!!! It’s not supposed to be flat one kind of meat. NO!!!!! That’s why it’s called cold cut combo. It was basically a subway FLAT

Great service and hospitality but the food gave both me and my friends a really badly upset stomach for two days. We both got rotisserie chicken sandwiches footlong. Terrible post-eating experience...

Whoever was training the new employee on 9/5 at around 3pm should never be allowed to work in another sandwich restaurant ever again. By far worst experience I’ve had at a Subway. Belittling both customers and employees for no reason whatsoever, I will not be returning to this location and I suggest management takes action because this individual is actively losing you money. To the trainee, not all subways are like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a curbside order and went to park up. No body came out so I called the store. The girl who answered the phone told me that it wasn't a curbside order and I had to come inside. Mind you, I ordered curbside because I had my twin babies with me and didn't want the hassle of taking them out just for a sandwich which is my right as a customer. I went in to collect my food, showed the girl my app and receipt SHE printed me and they both said curbside. She laughed, rolled her eyes, and said okay. The workers here need better training in customer service. Showing no remorse when you were obviously mistaken....will not be returning.

The guy working didn't just throw the ingredients on some bread and hand it over. Which was surprising because he is younger. The sandwich was well put together and didn't fall apart at all while eating it. A lot of times it can become a big mess and almost a hassle to eat without making a mess. Not this time tho. Thanks guy!

So I am not against the 2 servers at this particular subway branch. However the way they were serving even when it was not busy both were sassy didn't pay attention to our order and we ended up paying more

First they didn't toast our sandwich
Secondly they didn't listen that we asked for 2. Combos which they again messed up
Thirdly they were acting like they r forcefully here

I didn't like the servers attitude at all.. May the get trained once again how to be nice with customers

I’m writing to express my deep frustration and anger over the way I, my mother, and my nephew were treated at one of your franchised locations on Saturday, June 14, 2025, shortly after 3:40 PM, located at 230 Cypresswood Drive, Suite A, Spring, Texas 77388.

On this weekend, we had finished laying my father to rest. We were grieving, emotionally drained, and simply trying to get a meal. I wasn’t dressed in my usual attire and was uncomfortable about my appearance — wearing basketball shorts, a tank top, and a durag—and I’ll admit, as a Black man, I was already aware of how I might be perceived. Still, I entered your store with a polite demeanor and greeted the female employee behind the counter respectfully.

From the moment we walked in, this Hispanic female employee had a visibly dismissive and judgmental attitude. When I began ordering—politely asking for a footlong on wheat—I was cut off in a snappy tone with, “meat, cheese, toppings.” Once I got to the toppings, I asked for spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. She placed barely four pickles on the sandwich. I calmly asked, “May I please have extra pickles?” and was shocked when she barked, “We charge extra for pickles.”

I responded, kindly and with disbelief, “No you don’t.” Her reply was not just rude—it was aggressive and confrontational: “YES WE DO—DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?”

At that point, I refused to accept further disrespect and said aloud to my mother and nephew that I’d wait outside, because her attitude was nasty. My nephew later told me he tried to explain to her that I was simply asking for more pickles because there were barely any on the sub, and she cut him off mid-sentence as well. Leading him and my mother to leave with out purchasing anything.

After walking out, my nephew immediately Googled whether Subway charges for extra pickles. As we expected, multiple sources confirmed that Subway does not charge extra for more pickles or vegetables (only meat, cheese, avocados). We have screenshots to prove it. I have gone to multiple Subways and have never been told I’d have to pay extra for pickles, let alone vegetables.

Later that day, I called the store to report what had happened, and a male employee answered—only to be just as dismissive as the woman we encountered in person. He informed me that since the store is “franchised,” they can “charge extra however they want.” That kind of tone and excuse-taking is completely unacceptable for a brand as large and recognizable as Subway.

So I am writing you directly to ask:

Is this the kind of customer experience Subway condones at franchised locations?

Does Subway have any standards at all for basic decency, respect, and fairness in how employees treat guests?

And is this what you want your brand to stand for—especially toward Black customers who are already subject to bias and stereotyping?

This was not just poor service. It was deeply disrespectful, needlessly aggressive, and borderline discriminatory—especially considering how calm and polite we remained throughout the interaction. To be treated like this after burying a loved one is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

The matter should be investigated and how this employee will be held accountable for her unprofessional conduct. No one should be made to feel the way we did for simply ordering food.

Can’t follow simple directions or close a sandwich properly. The people at the location didn’t know what they were doing. The guy making my sandwich clearly couldn’t see out of his right peripheral because my sandwich was completely devoid of toppings on the right quarter. The lady working there was over the top and kept interrupting us as we were trying to place our orders. Overall if this was my first ever time at a subway I’d never go again.
DO NOT COME HERE

The young guy I believe a little over weight. He did a horrible job with the sandwiches. He had the sandwiches sloppy , with mustard and mayo all over it. The gloves He wore was covered with it. Then he ask if we wanted cookies , which we did. He use the same covered gloves, touching the cookies and saying theses are soft, these are soft ect. I just cant!! Not only that, but he had a little attitude. Maybe his young youth had a lot to do with it idk. The older Hispanic lady never help out either. Oh and the vegetables had been frozen, you can see the frost on the containers it sat in, which looked frost bitten. Never going to that location again, I should have followed my instinct and went to Jason deli crossed the streets. My banana pepper was frozen lol.
