Would you believe me if I told you this was 30 bucks?
I walked into a nightmare! Alex!The coworker was very rude and has long hair and wears no net he doesn’t talk to you and won’t allow you to pick your drinks! He rushes and doesn’t listen to anything that you are asking for! When he told me stop wasting his drinks I didn’t understand what he was complaining about and decided I didn’t want it to refund it I almost refunded my entire meal but because I was purchasing for my kids I kept the food after this experience I’ll never step in this establishment ever again which is sad it’s down the street but for better service I’ll go to another location first! I spend a lot for horrible service! I felt discriminated.

This place never gets a sandwich right. Also, depending on who is working, depends on how much ingredients they put on your sandwich. If this place wasn’t at the beginning of my neighborhood, I wouldn’t order from here. We usually order via the website, but that shouldn’t matter, as they always leave something off my sandwich.
Mobile orders are way more important than the physical person standing in front of them. The girl with the glasses did not acknowledge me or make eye contact in any shape former fashion. The bathroom was locked and when I asked for a key, she said someone’s in there and would not give me a key until after I paid for food.
The girl with the glasses was the most rudest person. I have come across in a while that didn’t even say a word. Is this really the best you can do?
Today, four months later, almost the exact same thing. Working on a mobile order, doesn’t bother to make eye contact or welcome or anything. Of course, the second person is back in the back hiding. On today, there is a T machine there but they have discontinued fresh brewed iced tea?? They won’t cut your veggies, like tomatoes, peppers, and onions into edible size pieces, nor do they carry knives anymore. What’s up with Subway these days? Is this seriously the best you can do?

Ohhhhh my wowzaaaaa!! The young employee named Luis, is amazing! I was having trouble ordering off the menu and asked if they could wait, and pleasantly he said yes and he even avoided eye contact to make the situation more comfortable I think, and when I said I was ready, he was full on ready and ran through easily without any complications. He was able to recall specific prices, and multitask with other costumers. Awesome work
The ladie was so helpful and nice.

Lady behind the counter mentioned that I messed up the machine by putting my phone number before I paid. Said she couldnt take cards anymore, cash only. Machine clearly asked me to input my number. Won't be back to this location.

Nasty attitude charged extra for some onion I have never been charged extra for onion no napkins in the bag had a attitude when I asked for napkins

I felt so bad when I realized how impulsive my order got at the end. I wish I would have remembered this kids name, but he absolutely killed it making my subs and nachos.

The lady that is always there is always with an attitude. I believe she’s a manager .. I don’t know who decided for her to be the manager bc she provided terrible customer service. It’s always something with this woman. If you want good customer service please don’t bother going in the daytime. Night shift is the time to go. Seems like the employees never last bc I see someone new EVERY SINGLE time and that lady is always there.. that’s why I’m assuming she’s manager. The times she’s not there the service is phenomenal. I’m starting to believes she’s the issue. Just a heads up bc she always trips about coupons too. Like I said it’s always something with this lady. I will definitely Avoid going to this location she’s literally there every single day.
