I've gotta give some love and credit to Subway today. I admittedly haven't been in years due to increased prices and subpar sandwiches/ options. My MIL suggested we try them today bc they're doing buy one get one free footlongs (FLBOGO code good through 9/27-10/13) I got footlong"the Beast" ($11.59) and my MIL got the go
Footlong Philly Cheesesteak ($9.69) for a total of $12.55 with the coupon (the Beast is a bit more expensive bc it has 1/2 lb meat) I was very pleased to see they have expanded their menu options as well

Pictured is half of my sandwich. It's pretty tasty . I added garlic aoli, Italian cheese bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and pickles.

They may not always have the coupon but the footlong is so big I could easily split it between two people
(The cheese steak, was not as full but MIL said it was yummy and she's full as well after eating only half of it)

We ordered online and everything was made exactly as ordered and ready for pickup when we walked in the door

Asked for a larger order, the woman said she’s on her own and cannot even manage to do 25 sandwiches in 90 minutes. She then called someone that only speaks Spanish—who told me they cannot do larger orders unless placed 48 hours in advance. Heads up!

Ordered my sandwiches with oil and vinegar on the side, even though the notes in app and on receipt clearly read that, the oil and vinegar was on the sandwich bread soggy. Yuck, threw it away, nasty! What is the purpose of having a “notes” section if they are not going to read the notes. Ridiculous!!

I ordered 2 sandwiches online and said for both to be toasted. When i got home, neither were toasted, even though the receipt said toasted. Always check before leaving the store because the employees don't read

I have been to this subway several times and each time the manager Wendy is there she always has an attitude like your bothering her, she also always has an AirPod in her ear which makes it harder for her to hear your order and gets frustrated with you when she gets the order wrong like it’s some how your fault for her not paying attention. This is every single time I go there and she’s there she’s like this with other customers as well.

Very rude lady at the front register. I ordered curbside because the app states it’s available. And my food sat there getting cold because they refused to bring it out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at this particular subway before. She even told me, “do you see a sign outside?” I knew something was up when the ladies were all laughing inside and I had no clue why. Now I know.Please do something about your location. The app says you do curbside and even tells you staff will be right out with your order.

I do not have to many nice things to say about Management but staff is awesome. My food is made correctly and without hassle. Manager always messes up my food and then has a surprised look on her face when I stand my ground. All you have to do is read if you cant have someone else do it. All I gotta

I'm not sure if they really slice their meat now, to me they taste the same as before and I see the slicer it's nice and clean and shiny so they pre-cut the meat so they don't cut it fresh.

I placed an order, went to pick it up and they say it didn't get to them. I showed them my order and where the bank had already charged me, but they refused to make my order. They wouldn't even give me their manager's information.
