I have been to this subway several times and each time the manager Wendy is there she always has an attitude like your bothering her, she also always has an AirPod in her ear which makes it harder for her to hear your order and gets frustrated with you when she gets the order wrong like it’s some how your fault for her not paying attention. This is every single time I go there and she’s there she’s like this with other customers as well.

Very rude lady at the front register. I ordered curbside because the app states it’s available. And my food sat there getting cold because they refused to bring it out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at this particular subway before. She even told me, “do you see a sign outside?” I knew something was up when the ladies were all laughing inside and I had no clue why. Now I know.Please do something about your location. The app says you do curbside and even tells you staff will be right out with your order.

I'm not sure if they really slice their meat now, to me they taste the same as before and I see the slicer it's nice and clean and shiny so they pre-cut the meat so they don't cut it fresh.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at this location1 out of 5 stars should be zero!!I recently had an utterly disappointing experience at this local Subway store that compelled me to share my feedback. The customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal. The staff, particularly a lady “the manager “ who could barely communicate in English, displayed a complete lack of professionalism.Following a mistake in my order, I reached out to the store for assistance The manager once again However, the lady I spoke with repeatedly yelled at me and abruptly hung up the phone. It was evident that she had no regard for resolving the issue or treating customers with respect.As someone who regularly dines at Subway and has never encountered such problems before, I strongly discourage visiting this particular location. Not only did the staff's behavior reflect their incompetence, but I was also shocked to hear the lady make derogatory comments about their treatment of certain customers. I found this completely unacceptable and offensive.In conclusion, I highly recommend avoiding this Subway store due to its horrendous customer service. There is a much better Subway just up the road that will provide a more pleasant dining experience. Let's hope this location takes immediate steps to rectify its issues and provide the quality service that customers deserve.

I ordered curbside for a sandwich and ended up waiting for 20+ minutes to just end up having to go inside myself to get it. Honestly, it is an unacceptable experience. In addition, they sliced the meat so thick its almost entirely turkey.

There are 2 other Subways within minutes of this one, I'll be giving them my business from now on. 1 star for service, because IMO the "service" is making the sandwiches, and that is lacking. 1 star for food for shorting on the meat on both sandwiches.
