I order a footlong rotisserie chicken toasted with pickles, jalopeno's & mayo online. I received a nontoasted rotisserie chicken loaded with lettuce & tomatoes. I ask for extra mayo which I received. Very disappointing!

Worst Subway In America, possibly the world. From my experience, the employees and management are worthy of being paid maybe half a peanut a day. My 14 year old son decided to doordash tonight because he wasn't feeling our dinner. We were delivered the expected trash. He spent HIS money that he has enrd. Basically he spent his his entire day of work for a $hit sandwich from this place. I have avoided this store like the plague. They have stolen about $60 from me, with absolutely no refund, before i learned my lesson. I was told the "manager" would be in touch. What a joke. Now this place has burned my underage son. Gloves are off. Attorneys are contacted. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. THE ONE BY HEB A SPRING CYPRESS AND THE ONE AT KUYKENDALL ARE AMAZING. It's worth the drive for non trash food.

This was by far the WORST service I ever had at any fast food restaurants. FIRST the young lady never greeted us or asked what kind of sandwich we wanted, she just looked at us. SECOND she needs to be taught how to properly make a sandwich. THIRD she need to learn how to talk when a customer asks her a question and not nod her head or just don't answer. She first made my daughter sandwich and it was super sloppy with the tomatoes falling off the sandwich and then proceeds to pick them up and put back on the sandwich. Then with my sandwich she had a knife with mayonnaise on it and was fixing to use it to fold my sandwich over, I stopped her and ask can you use another knife I don't eat mayonnaise. OK now at the register she asked my daughter what kind of sandwich you got but you just fixed it, after my daughter paid she asked me the same question what kind of sandwiches you have. I'm like saying to myself you just fixed these 2 sandwiches how you don't know. But the killing part she pushed the sandwiches to us without putting them in a bag, my daughter said we don't get bags, she said VERY RUDELY oh I was just separating them, how that's and you pushed them to us. Then after we paid she bagged them and pushed them to us again rudely without giving us our receipts and walked off, my daughter reached over and got our receipts. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! This young lady needs to be retrained on how to make sandwiches and how to interact with the customer. I wish I could give 0 stars on her service. If you want someone who doesn’t speak English and rude rude rude … go here . I don’t make a lot of bad reviews but this girl is always rude at first she seems nice but then she shouts “no” and doesn’t have customer service skills .

Experience bad customer service. I do not like to take my time to go on the reviews to leave a bad review. When I feel the need to take the time. This young lady Paige working at this place should not have any contact with customers. My family and I walked in for my 11yo daughter to place an order. We were ignored for over a minute. I tried not to get upset and finally I said, “hello I see you are working on an order, but at least acknowledge our presents to let us know that you will be with us shortly.” She had no emotion and just took her time and moved even slower. Nothing. I’m sorry for the wait or just simply giving any eye contact. It’s sad b/c I know if this was her own establishment. She would not treat customers like that. A pray our youth gets better and grow. Please don’t have a job in the front of the house if you do not want to deal with customers period. I hope Subway really go back to the basics and train staff on simple skills. Put someone in the front that is aware of their environment and can give all people respect of all races. I will not go back to this location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich from this location. Got it heated up and when I went to bite into the sandwich it was ice cold. I didn’t make any stops and I live three minutes down the street. You cannot eat chicken like that or you will get sick. Note I also called the restaurant and told the young lady about the incident. She sat on the phone and did not say anything for a minute so I hung up. Subway won’t ever get another one of my dollars.

Went in today to order a footlong sandwich. When it came time to add the veggies, I asked for lettuce. The girl sprinkled just a bit of lettuce, I asked for extra she placed 3 more pieces on my foot long. I expressed if there was an issue with placing extra lettuce, I'd be happy to pay for the extra. She raised her voice to me and stated YOU ONLY GET A LITTLE!!!! I have not visited this location and will not return, even if it is very close to me. I will go 10 miles out of my way...

Me and my wife visited this location after leaving the location we were at bc they were closed but said open online, However we made it in a drop of a dime before closing. We actually felt bad for coming so late close to closing but the two customers service rep that where working were extremely nice & food was fresh don’t know they names but the date was 5/23/23 @ 9:51p.m. Great job and customer service.

When you order a sandwich here, the ladies here make it with two ingredients that aren’t on the menu: love and pride. Your subway is carefully made with pride, the ingredients are kept fresh, and you can literally taste the difference between it and other subway locations. When I can, I go out of my way to come here not just for the amazing service but the fact that whatever I order is carefully made with pride and love.

Veggies looked old. A girl behind the counter has long hair and it was loose. The bread was tough. The best items out of here were the chips and soda. Never again.

We were 3 different customers and the attend she rush the 3 order almost at the same time we'll my subway was supposed to be hot but it was sitting there waiting for the others 2 to be prepared. I will avoid subway from now on.
